Broken string and no refund was provided. The stones themselves are of poor quality. It is laughable to call them semi precious. Another string was sent but the seller did not pay the correct postage so a further amount was owed just to collect the item. Terrible seller stay away
If I could give 0 stars I would. The bracelet broke within a couple of weeks. I have wrote numerous messages to them and asked for a refund. Disgusting service

Would not recommend ordering from this company! Their website states they have 5 star reviews from Trustpilot and that is false. It took 3 weeks for my order to come, despite it being promised 5-10 days. I hardly received any communication via email. When I did receive my order, the bracelet was not packaged and boxed the way the website promises and the picture quality is hardly there in the bracelet. Very overpriced for what it is. It £30 for a string bracelet that has a black bead.
Would give 0 stars if possible, ordered last month, still not dispatched. I emailed in for status update still no response just robbed me of my money for a gift for valentines day.
It does what it says on the tin, but for the price I paid I expected it to at least come in a nice gift bag or box. Instead it comes in a little plastic bag. To me, it's not worth the money I paid. The bracelet itself is very thin and tough and like I mentioned before the presentation is lacking. Plus I had to wait so long for it to come from China. I was thoroughly disappointed when I received it and it's supposed to be a gift.
