The support team is the highlight of this platform, but the user experience could be improved (a lot) .

Activation timings didn't match the claims on the website, requiring multiple follow-ups on my end.

Additionally, the job pool seems to be restricted to the UK with a high volume of low-pay, on-site roles.

It’s a standard freelance platform, useful for the occasional lead, but not a primary source for "top-tier" opportunities.

Hasan got back to me promptly and suggesting the right solution for my issue. I wish all the customer services worked like this.
