A great bookshelf. Looks just like the photos, sturdy and holds a lot of books. Clear instructions for assembly. Great customer service. Would recommend.

Beautiful addition to my living room! I got the two level bookcase which doubles as a side table next to my recliner -- and it holds all the books I am currently reading, and all those I plan to read soon, right at my fingertips. Love it! Best purchase of the year!

The rotating bookshelf is very useful AND it looks good too

I was pretty easy to put together and it is quite light so it is easy to move from room to room when it is empty if you want

The customer service at Yowos is great! I had the wrong parts in my first order, and instead of making me wait for the new individual pieces to arrive, they shipped a new unit much quicker! They knew I purchased this for a gift and they were very kind to expedite it!
The quality and appearance of the unit is amazing also!

Very happy with 5 shelf unit. All parts clearly labeled, good step-by-step instruction booklet made it easy to assemble. (I should just add helpful communication with company part-way through ordering process due to my change of address.)

Fairly easy to put together, overall quality is good, pretty stable when filled, fun to fill with books and looks great. I’ve bought multiples and plan on more…

As a senior with no one to help me assemble the 6-tier rotating bookshelf soon after arrival, the inner 5 walnut bamboo shelves warped over a couple of months. Rather than returning the whole repacked box, I enquired if they would replace only the shelves. As requested I sent in pictures of proof. They were very polite & accommodating. No hassle and immediate service. The shelves were received within a months time & assembled soon afterwards. I am elated with the bookcase that match my bedroom furniture.

The bookcase was easy to assemble and fits my needs perfectly.
The only downside to this purchase was the wait of 6 weeks for it to be delivered from China.

I did not receive the middle shelf in my order. If you could please mail that shelf to me I’m sure you would get a great rating. I have called (mail box is full) and attempted to send emails. My order number is XYGG04-15013

Very good product for me. I have hundreds of books, an inability to throw any of them away, and limited space. This solves the problem. It's also well-made and fairly easy to put together.

I purchased two of the rotating shelves and they arrived quickly. One of them was missing the footpads so I contacted them and they got sent to me. Great customer service!

Right from ordering it, Yowos provided weekly and detailed emails on where the shelving had got to. The emails were polite and detailed. The shelving when arrived took about 45 minutes to assemble between two people and more than does the job in terms of holding my books! The finish looks amazing and the revolving aspect is smooth. The only thing I could wish for was quicker delivery as it took almost a month for it to arrive- but in their defence they do make that clear. I wish they did a three tier version in this but am so very tempted to buy another 5 tiered bookshelf! What a unique and stylish product!!! I’m now considering ordering the Flamenco and am gutted that it’s not available in the green anymore but will go for the Rustic instead!

Ordered 2 bookshelves at the beginning of April and was advised delivery in maximum of 25 days,
After this timescale items have got from China to Kazakhstan with no delivery date in sight.
Have requested a full refund and keep getting emails telling me that I have got to wait as they will be delivered soon (still no date)

Have raised a dispute with my bank and they refuse to refund!

The Meridian 6-Tier organiser is really good, with great capacity for my books. It looks good too. The build was okay after making a few errors and having to undo what I’d done. Delivery time was 6-7 weeks. I will be ordering more of these

I had to wait a few weeks for the shipment, a rotating 6 shelf walnut bookcase, but it was worth it. Wow! The shelf stack is a little library and is fantastic. It took me about two hours to assemble, but I am a bit slow, made a few mistakes, easy to undo, and I think someone younger could do it between 60 to 90 minutes. The result is outstanding. The item is great to use, brilliantly designed and good to look at. Customer service were professional about my enquiry regarding arrival date and gave accurate estimates. Excellent! Advice: Be careful with the foam packaging when you unpack: the instructions show you how to use it for support when you join the two sections together. Also, the screws make a good join, and the tool provided for them is brilliant. However, the screws are almost identical with shorter ones mostly and a few longer ones for the base. Be careful not to mix them up. I hope that helps!

Such a great experience! I’m a two time returning customer and can say I love their products. I had shipping issues with my second order and the customer service team was exceptional. Great response time, very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend their products. Great designs and quality!

Customer service reached out after 2 days which although they say they respond within 24 hours is still acceptable, they have since been v good in communicating delivery issues hence the updated review and score

Unable to contact anyone regarding delivery, they do not respond to emails and the delivery link they send you in emails connects you to a Chinese website so you have no idea when your order is due!!!!!!!!

Yowos customer service, return grantee and products are unsatisfactory. I ordered their product and the delivery time was over a month to ship from their location in Huizhou, China. Their return guarantee only covers products broken in the shipping process even though their returns page states otherwise. Their products are flimsy, break upon assembly, are non-returnable and scratch easily.
