I unfortunately placed an order with this company before checking the reviews. I didn’t realize they were based in China.
I ordered their cool looking steel bookshelf. I ordered it in orange and was blinded by my excitement to get this cool looking shelf. It arrived well packed however, the welds on the base plate for the feet were inadequate. It arrived with a broken foot. I have tried to contact them over the phone and nobody answers. That is a very bad sign in terms of customer service. Don’t buy it no matter how good their stuff looks.

Their customer service team acted professionally and promptly regarding my issue. Highly respectable and greatly appreciated.

Zero stars. I ordered an overpriced shoe bench. It took AGES to arrive and it is trash. The company has said for 3 months they will provide a partial refund and ship a replacement ball (because I can’t use the bench until they do). But All they send are marketing emails (even though I continue to mark as spam). I will never spend money with this company again. Terrible products and service. I urge everyone to avoid.

I got the blue and red shoe storage bench for $300. Nearly every red ball screw came with damage of some kind, and it feels far cheaper than it looks. The cushion also came misshapen with a visible line on the edge as it had not been upholstered correctly. More, it wiggles when you sit on it. Save your money, the most this product should be is $50. I am very disappointed. No returns unless you pay the cost for shipping.

the Aven Side Table i received was very low quality: it wobbles when assembled any time it is touched, and the parts do not fit together correctly, for example.
when i wanted to return it, pootoo china said i had to pay for return shipping.
that was not in any of the communication i received from them. anyhow, called my ccard co to cancel the transaction...
pootoo is a rip off. the product i received was garbage.

My cabinet arrived with some minor dents on the panels. I contacted customer service, and they sent replacements right away - they were super helpful!

I got a folding rattan chair, a bookshelf, and a cabinet. I was impressed with how well everything was packed.

Pootoo sent me a damaged product, and they have done nothing to resolve this issue other than sending me an email saying sorry. I would not order furniture from here again.

Watch out for this company. My table was delivered in packaging that looked like it had come undone and then taped back together. The table was chipped, the sides of the shelves were unfinished and the finish on top had white spots that looked like bleach spots. When I contacted them they offered to send me a touch up kit. Obviously, that would not help the chips or the damaged finish. They said I could return it for a full refund…at my expense…TO CHINA. I am pursuing the matter with my credit card. I won’t be ordering furniture advertised by companies on Facebook Marketplace again.

The product I bought arrived damaged. The company refused to accept a return without my paying for return shipping. A scam, overseas company.

Bought Orva side table. Took a month to arrive from China. Had to leave outside for days because the smell was so strong. Cheap piece of prefab garbage with uneven finish. Another hard lesson learned.also started receiving large amounts of spam and porn email directly after buying. A site and products to avoid.

Was surprised how quickly my order arrived! The chat support was helpful when I had a question. Assembly was bit tricky, but I managed it, and the materials is really good quality.
