Professional service
We were put in touch with Gavin who arranged our survey and answered any questions. He then followed up once we had received report to check we were happy with everything. Very pleasant to deal with and would highly recommend.

Polite and efficient
Gavin was introduced to us by our sourcing agent. He was polite and efficient from the get go. He booked us a surveyor and checked that we got the report 2 days after the survey.
Not being physically present in the UK, we have to rely on trustworthy and dependable team members, and I highly recommend Gavin for his professionalism and efficiency and wish him the very best.

We needed a survey quickly.
This Company was recommended to me, from a surveyor previously used who could not work with our timescales.
From first contact, Gavin was friendly and professional explaining the process and was always available for any queries.
He booked the surveyor, who carried out the survey and contacted us the day after to discuss, leaving her contact number and emailing the full report within 2 days.
The whole process was easy and straightforward therefore i would highly recommend using this Company.
