I did return all the shoes but I didnt get a respond or any mail or the refund.
The quality is very bad and thetering the price way to expensive. I got boots few months ago, just after a short time they were broken.
Now i returned what i bought because it was obvious poor quality. But i didnt get the refund yet or response to the unfair fees for returning

Security Tag attached to Jeans
I recently received a pair of jeans that I ordered from your online store. Unfortunately, I noticed that the security tag is still attached to the item.
As a result, I am unable to wear the jeans and will need to return them. I would appreciate it if you could let me know how such an issue could occur with an online order, and how best to proceed with the return or exchange.

Man kann keine Qualität erwarten.
Die bestellten Ballerinas sind eine halbe Nummer zu groß und eins der Ohrringe war bei der Lieferung bereits kaputt.

Schnelle Lieferung, teure Retoure
Mir gefallen die meisten Artikel ziemlich gut. Es gibt sie in auch in sehr großen Größen, geliefert wird recht schnell. Kritisieren möchte ich, dass oftmals nicht dabei steht, um welches Material es sich handelt. Leider ist auch öfter mal etwas dabei, das nicht aus Baumwolle ist.
Das meiste passt hervorragend. Sollte man trotzdem mal etwas zurück schicken müssen, ist die Retoure extrem teuer. Mich ärgert sehr, dass sie so hoch ist und vollständig vom Kunden bezahlt werden muss. Jetzt überlege ich mir zweimal, ob ich etwas bestelle.
