Everything is so easy, especially for someone like me who is not an expert with technology. The food suggestions and menus are easy, and I have quickly changed some habits.
My health has improved so much already in 5 months, my stomach and bowel movements are so good with almost no pain and the most normal movements I have had in decades. My brain fog has gone, dry eye problem resolved and sinus issues minimizing.
The individualized program was so easy for me to follow.
Tanya is so comfortable to talk to, very knowledgeable and keen to share and teach her information to help you achieve your goals.

I felt the info session was misleading.
I was expecting to learn more about meal prepping for weight loss, as the title of the session suggested. Instead I felt like the whole session was an advertisement for your weight loss program, which requires a larger ongoing payment system.
For the $15 I paid I expected to learn strategies to help in the kitchen with meal prepping, choosing the right foods, recipes etc.

Tanya was easy to talk to and answered all my questions as best she could. Her comprehensive Wellness Plan is as it says and I am slowly making my way through it. I have made a follow-up appointment in February so this should clearly indicate that I was impressed with Tanya, her knowledge and commitment.

Tanya always listens when we go through my program and adjusts it where needed. My blood results have shown that there has been an improvement since I have been seeing her.

During my session with Tanya we discussed various issues that have arisen and the whole process was really enlightening. Tanya helped me pinpoint some specific issues and we were able to work out a plan. Plus, and here’s the bonus, it’s the first time anyone has looked at my skin tags (I have a lot) and given me a solution. The answer has always been burn them off - yet they keep coming back, Tanya has given me a solution that works on the actual cause of them, not a cosmetic fix!
I’m slowly coming back to my self and who I am, thank you to Tanya’s guidance and her Leaner Me program.
