It was so complete test! I have now know more about my body than before.

I highly recommend this to try it out with your practitioner guide.

I had a problem with my gut, I was so confused.then my practitioner recommend me to do this Gut GI Axis test and I found my problem. I would say, its great test! at least once in a year!

Got totally fobbed off by this company. Sent my test off in October. Was desperate for my results because I have been very unwell. Contacted them after 4 weeks to be told they hadnt received my test as they had moved labs . The clinic that I had purchased the test from had checked with them to make sure it’s was being sent to the correct place . Sent another test to correct lab in November. Was told I would get results in December. No results in December or January. Asked for a refund and was totally ignored. Lost £300 and now having to pay another company. Terrible service. AVOID!!!

The level of detail in the food sensitivity results surprised me. Eliminating a few problematic foods has already had a discernible impact.

The test kit was delivered promptly, and the instructions were simple to follow. The findings provided me with helpful guidance on how to modify my diet.

The gut microbiome test, which my nutritionist suggested, was a true eye-opener. It clarified a few persistent digestive problems.

Fantastic test!

It’s really easy to use and the report is so easy to follow.

Much easier and smoother than others on the market that I’ve taken previously!
The knowledge and help from the team is so personable and really informative!

I’m a registered nutritional therapist with nearly 20 years of clinical experience. I signed up to offer Your Gut Map tests to clients, but unfortunately, I’ve had repeated issues with their service that have led me to stop using them entirely. Across multiple test orders, I experienced:

Delays in dispatching kits and receiving results

Poor communication, requiring constant follow-up

A test sample failure with no clear explanation

A client who withdrew entirely due to the repeated delays and loss of trust

A refusal to refund me the €210 practitioner fee, despite the test results now holding no value for that client.

In total, I’ve had problems with almost every test I ordered from this company, and I’ve had to repeatedly defend their service to my clients. I’m now out of pocket and have lost a long-standing client because of their mishandling.

While I appreciate that no lab is perfect and post-test failures can happen, the overall handling of the situation — and refusal to accept accountability — has been incredibly disappointing. I would advise other practitioners to proceed with caution.

I will no longer be offering Your Gut Map tests in my clinic.

I ordered a kit for a GI Axis test - paid for it - it was for a client of mine.
The test never arrived and it has now been 2 weeks - PLUS the lab is not responding to my queries.
The guy that got me signed up as a Therapist here is called Josh - cannot say the surname here. Asad is also I dealt with - looking at the transaction on my bank statement it appears that you guys are based in Abu Dhabi and are called GutMAp LLC. I can the number in York but no one replies - It's either I've been scammed or someone else has cloned your website and sold me a kit which never arrived. The order number is: 998120852176.

After many attempts to understand my daughter's symptoms of anxiety, breathlessness and tummy aches I finally found out the answer after doing the Microbiome Test. After years of persistent IBS, I'm grateful I have some of the answers I needed. I was initially worried about taking the sample, but it was really straightforward (no mess without being graphic) My health coach helped me to change my diet based on the results. Now I am in the routine of following the diet it is really easy, not like vry restrictive diets I have done in past. I have recommend the test to my husband, and some of my friends, really happy with the service.

My trainer told me to take the test, It has really helped me. It is not cheap but I think it's been really worthwhile for me. I have lost weight, and no longer feel full and bloated after meals. It might be unrelated but I am sleeping a lot better as well.
