I offered two Alba Health kits as a gift for my employees’ daughters; one with constipation and one with inflammation. Both experienced improvements, after following the personalized recommendations from the nutritionist, which made me really happy.
I would definitely recommend Alba Health kits as a present with real value.

I have had stomach issues since childhood. I had tried everything and spent time and money on gastroenterology and tests. Alba Health test helped me understood my gut health situation and provided me with a concrete action plan, including supplements and probiotics targeted to my problems. Since, I have not had any more stomach pain. I wish my parents had me take this test as a child!

I loved it and learned so much about every of my children's specific needs.

Efter att ha betalat 2200 kronor kommer en liten kartong med ett test-kit + kort info på engelska, med budskapet att man ska ladda ner en app, vilket gjorde mig besviken. Kan man inte bemöda sig med att skicka med instruktion på svenska?
Här står även att man inte får använda probiotika och antiinflammatorisk medicin ett antal dagar före provtagning. Stod inget om det när jag beställde. Eftersom jag har svår värk, hade jag aldrig beställt kitet om jag vetat detta.
Dock var kundsupporten mycket snabb och vänlig, så det hela löste sig!

Whilst educating myself about cures for my daughter’s eczema, I discovered information from a few sources about the importance of targeting the gut microbiome. That’s when I came across Alba Health. The microbiome analysis report helped me work on key areas of my daughter’s nutrition and the follow-up consultation with the nutritionist was extremely helpful and paramount for further guidance. I would recommend this service to anyone.

The report was extremely vague, the advice was vague at best and actually extremely dangerous at worst.

Contacted the company to address this and received no response.

Uppfyllde mina förväntningar! När vanliga vården inte kan hjälpa till känns det skönt med ett annat alternativ som kan ge vägledning.

Kändes som ett välarbetat och gediget material med actionplan som man fick tillbaka och skönt med ett möte där man kunde bolla sina tankar och få tips på hur man kan få barnen att äta de olika livsmedeln.

Tydliga enkla instruktioner för att genomföra själva testet. Rapporten/ resultatet av provet var bra upplagt så man förstår (engelsk medicinska termer dock)
One to One mötet med specialisten Fong var mycket bra, tydlig saklig och Fong förklarar hur jag på enkla sätt kan genomföra mina åtgärder/förändring för att komma i bättre balans i min tarm. Jag kände mig lättad och glad efter mötet att det känns genomförbart och enkelt att göra förändringarna.

Test was very easy to take and very clear instructions. My conversation with Tanya was very useful, she gave me space to ask my questions, get more clarity and she explained my values as a whole not only each one individually. I received personalised recommendations on what and where to improve, with focus on what to introduce, swap, less on what to avoid or cut. Very nice and positive experience

Disappointing experience, the analytical review included a few lines, no guidance or insight on how to resolve the specific fussy issue with many related problems... the prevailing comment was "varied diet needed".

We had a great experience with Alba Health. We sent in our four year old daughter’s sample and received the results very quickly. The results were clearly presented and easy to understand on the Alba Health app. After this our consultation with Alba Health Coach Katie was fantastic! She explained everything in detail and gave helpful guidance on areas we could improve which we will definitely be following. A truly informative and professional service. Highly recommended!
