It was a very frustrating process just to create an account!
I put DETAILED notes for my online medical visit. I paid $45 for the visit. I than received a response for a condition I did NOT have & basically sent a genetic response with how to treat with self care only even though the wrong diagnosis would have required a prescription to correct. I spent so much time on this and it wasn’t resolved. Of course my credit card was charged immediately stating not eligible for a refund!!! Very in professional and aI question if there was even a certified medical individual that was involved. It was misdiagnosed and my detailed notes were not looked at. WOW!!!

I tried to donate to a campaign all day. Kept recieving the same message. Campaign isn't open...
The fund went from 18k to 40k. How can the campaign be receiving donations and not yet be open?
Customer service were completely useless!

YouCaring was great until the morons at GoFundMe wiped out my whole account and wants me to start over. This is what I sent them:

What the WHAT?!?! We have to write everything all over. Couldn't you just ported the YouCaring accounts over? I don't believe this. What a bunch of untalented jerks! I'll give you a rating alright. Just to let people know you will wipe everything out because you are not savvy enough to keep the original information.

I loved YouCaring. No extra fees. Good experience until they sold themselves to GoFundMe. I signed up for YouCaring deliberately to avoid GoFundMe and now being forced to use them for the end of my campaign. Really dodgy business practices. GoFundMe sucking up the competition.

Because of the ability to reach out to others through this fundraising account, I have been able to raise much needed funds for surgery that is not offered or covered in the USA. Thank you so much to everyone who has helped me work toward reaching our goal.

Much better experience than w gofundme.com. No hidden fees. Funds were raised within 24 hours! I’ll use it again if the need arises❤️
I had a fundraiser for a disabled foster pup who needed money for medical expenses. He got what he needed FAST!

It could be a lot better. Website is designed in such a way that it is not compatible with most browsers. Donors frequently complained to me about website loading issues and inability to create account. Most donations came from personal gifts due to donors unable to access website, especially on mobile devices. Fix the website issue instead of help desk telling people to use different browsers.

Awesome platform that helped my aikido students.

A useless website. Unless you're white you don't get any kind of donations. You only get donations if you live in "White" dominated countries.

It is the best website for funding

Our organization loves youcaring. It is easy to use, does what it needs to do and does it well, never complicated. Best of all, unlike other platforms, it does not charge us a fee to use which is important for charities. Thank you youcaring!

Nothing to do with youcaring but our youcaring campaign has received $0. We have added videos as the youcaring emails suggest and promoted on social media. If nothing changes when our non profit website is ready to launch we will delete the youcaring campaign.

This is my first experience with setting up a fundraiser online. I am feeling very encouraged by the response that we have had so far. I pray blessings over each and every donor that is willing to help those in need.

Very easy to set up. Very easy to understand. Easy to deal with. Funds were made available and the process was very simple to understand. Set up the tip according to donor which made it simple for contributor to understand.

I had difficulty creating the fundraiser. Online chat was helpful but suggested a phone appointment to address my issues. A date and time were scheduled.

With the ontime call, many issues were clarified. We spoke for 30 minutes.

Rare today to experience exceptional Customer Service.

I just started a crowdfunding campaign on YouCaring, I am blown away so far with this platform!! Everything about them and their platform, ROCKS THE UNIVERSE!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE YouCaring!! They are amazing and they provide SPECTACULAR support to you!!

My daughter and I have used YouCaring for years to raise funds for multiple non-profits. The site is easy to use and I LOVE that they don't take a cut from the donations like some other similar sites do. I highly recommend them!

I have never setup an online donation page prior to this. I could not be more pleased with the support that this generated. Youcaring is a great donation page and is easy to use. I had no issues setting up the account or receiving any funds. In addition, all funds were received much faster than I had anticipated. Thank you for creating this site.

I supplemented our Build It For ‘Bubz campaign using YouCaring. We generated extra donations that helped us surpass our original goal of $15,000 by clearing $25,000! Sure was easy to manage and effective in making donating easy. I highly recommend them.
