I attempted to signup for this place for community service in Las Vegas Justice court in Clark County Nevada because their website says it is accepted in Clark County, however, I was informed that LVJC does not accept certificates from this place because it is a scam and they are not a legitimate charity. yes they do have a 501C3 license from the IRS, but it is not a real charity and is just a website that sells community service certificates for use in tricking court systems into thinking you performed labor at their place, which is a lie. Just like the other reviewer said - their website claims they are accepts in Clark County Nevada, but they are not and it is actually a crime to try to use a fake community service certificate in a court case. I am reporting them to the IRS for running a charity scam and to the Attorney General in Michigan for running a scam site.
I was just notified that this "foundation" had my review flagged and removed because it was 1 star and it mentioned the owners name, so I am reposting. I Warn about this "nonprofit" - the person who is running this money-making company is leaving 5 star reviews for it on google under his own name claiming he is doing community service with his own foundation in order to promote the organization on the search engines and induce unsuspecting people into sending them money in exchange for computer-generated pre-signed court certificates that claim you did labor at this "organization" - if anything, there should be an investigation into this non-nonprofit because the whole company was recently setup as a "Charity" but all they do is sell these certificates that claim you did community service hours for court. As you can see from other users experiences, this is not a legit. The Foundation of Change is a commercial company that sells “community service hours” and automatically generates pre-signed certificates for court submission without bona fide charitable work—resulting in private benefit and potential inurement to two individuals.
1000 hours of verified community service with signed certificate for sale for $219.99. Sounds shady if you intend to submit this to a court. Apparently you just signup, pay, and have to login to the website to generate the certificate. There is no real oversight, no supervision, and the certificate claims you did labor at their organization. This is not a true charity, it appears to be a for-profit venture that is masquerading as a charity. The company was recently setup and appears to be ran by a guy out of michigan who calls himself the "Slot God"
I am currently obtaining court ordered community hours through this foundation and I am thoroughly impressed with their educational platform! They are very quick to communicate and the process is super simple! I highly recommend!
