Ordered a complete cover set for our 3 piece, two chairs, and a three seater sofa. Found the measuring guide easy to understand, and the website explains everything clearly. From ordering, to delivery, it all went without a hitch, delivery was very quick, and came well packaged. The covers are well made, fit very nicely, and the foam rollers help keep it nice and snug on the sides and back. Would highly recommend, and very pleased with finished result, as was also very competitively priced for the quality.

I bought 4 black shaggy rugs for a friend, and he not only loves them, they are quality, soft and fit his small lounge like a glove. The changed completely how his lounge used to look. Thanx very much guys 😊 💖

Easy to order and receive products, all seem of good quality (although haven't used/washed yet).
Unfortunately the wrong sizes were sent of one product by mistake, however the team were very responsive and this was organized and the right sizes in good time.

I ordered a number of new bedding items which were dispatched and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, I received a set of pillowcases in a shade I had not ordered. I contacted customer services via email and received a quick response with the option to return or keep said item at a reduced price. Communication was very good, staff were polite and my request for a replacement was dealt with swiftly.
The quality of the bedding was great and I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Very happy with my purchase of a seat cover so much so I ordered a spare and one in another colour for different room.
Dispatch and delivery very quick. One item was the wrong colour, customer service friendly efficient, and resolved the error immediately, replacement received within 48 hrs. Won't hesitate to purchase again in the future.

Awful quality. I should have known better, given the low price. Not even bothering to unpack the second duvet.

My order arrived the worst quality ever. Sent it back. They said i had to pay postage. I complained they agreed to pay half. On receiving my order back they said they only refund to pay pal. I don't have PayPal. So I ended up threatening them with trading standards. I now have my refund. Please don't use this appling company.

Used my fitted sheets once and it was torn at the seams. I was advised to sew it. Disgusting customer service. Do not use.

Ordered bedding King-size.
Received single size.
I had no email confirmation from them as I paid by PayPal. Therefore no order reference. So they declined to help.
I did not pursue matter.
However when I came to wash one of the items a mattress protector noticed it was badly damaged.. Not happy with quality or their customer service.
They have refunded the value of the faulty item. Only because I said I would go to PayPal to get resolution.

I ordered a pair of fitted sheets 3 days ago. They arrived today and I am so pleased with them. They are excellent quality for the price.

seriously i brought a 4 piece luxury microfibre Duvet set peach super king size from there TikTok shop thinking yes looked nice it was supposed to be delivered by there courier service Relay crap service by the way the picture they sent was unreal shocking couldn't even tell it was bedding said delivered never got it struggling to get my money back or a replacement one Yorkshire bedding poor service from yourselves p/s had this back 3 times now from your customers services department

I ordered a sofa cover. I t hasn’t been taken out of the bag as the colour is a lot darker that i expected. It’s more coffee than beige. I rang to say I wanted to return it. They sent an email saying how. It seems I have to pay postage . Yet when I tried to ring just before 5.00 3 times they hung up. Appalling service

I have just experience the very poor customer service from Yorkshire Bedding. They sent the complete wrong colour which was Ochre and send Gold cushion covers instead. I asked for a returns label and was asked to take a partial refund and keep the incorrect items. After complaining and paying to return their wrong items the refused to pay the cost of postage. The sent me a refund that was nowhere near what it should have been. I would strongly advise people to avoid this company and not to expect the correct item or quality expected. Don't waste your money!

Please avoid purchasing from this company. There products are not worth the price you pay . It looks like you are getting a great reduction and , Yorkshire bedding in my mind makes you feel like it's a quality firm .

They are based in Hansworth in Birmingham . So why call themselves Yorkshire bedding ?

Anyway - you have been warned .
