Wrong items delivered, trouble getting them to take responsibility for the return and refund,they asked me to print off a label, I couldn't do this so they suggested I asked a neighbour or relative to do it for me,no I wouldn't and couldn't do that, after many emails I got them to post me a label and refund my money,think twice before ordering from this company

I ordered a living room rug, it came folded into a small package so on opening it the rug was badly creased, I contacted the company and they offered me a 10% discount to keep a rug which cannot be used, I've asked how to send it back but they couldn't be bothered to tell me, I don't recommend buying anything from this company!!!!

I have ordered a few things from here and have been very satisfied with the quality and price, i would order again..i ordered blankets and curtains.

I ordered from this site as the rugs looked of a reasonable quality, reduced from £100 to £50.
When the rug arrived I made space for it and it arrived in a small cardboard box the size of a telephone directory.
The rug had backing and was extremely thin, colour was ok, all I can say is it will last this year maybe next.
Very misleading advertisement, poor quality and apart from the delivery, nothing good to report really.
This company will not be getting my custom again!

This was my second buy with this company the 1st duvet set I was satisfied with.
So I ordered again.
I am happy with the colour and material but found the pillowcases hardy had any pattern of the flowers that should have been on it which is shown on the printed label inside.
This should have been quality checked when made.
So disappointed.

Wrong colour & poor, thin, synthetic quality ochre shaggy rug, nothing like the stock picture, yellow not russet, and double duvet is also nothing like photos- not white, no gusset, see-through mesh poor quality grey covering, now they say I have to pay to return even though the items are incorrect! Same tale as others. Do not trust them.

As per the other reviews, item totally different to photo on website. Surely, that must be illegal??
The product was x2 king duvets, and the quality is terrible. Now cost a fortune to send back which I will have to pay, despite being miss sold the product. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere,

I recently bought two fitted sheets and one double mattress protector, and I’m really impressed with the quality and colours! The material feels soft and durable, and the fit is perfect. I’m so happy with my purchase that I’m already planning to place a second order for more. Highly recommended!

Ordered a rug fgkm Oxford homeware nothing like on advert completely different colour thin and flimsy

Brilliant service from Oxford homeware on TikTok, my 1st order was minus a end ball, got in touch with them and they responded to me immediately and today just a couple of weeks later they have sent me 2 new curtain poles with all attachments there. Now that's service I'll definitely be back and definitely recommend to everyone 10/10

Poor quality items and misleading advertising - photo on website showed 2 cushion covers - only one in packet and no clarity on website when I checked - misleading,
Poor quality thin covers.
When I returned they have been unable to locate my return. How very convenient for them.
Dread to think how many other returns don’t get refunded with this tactic.
Save yourself the hassle and money and go elsewhere.

Ordered curtains and poles for next day delivery, well within their specified timeframes online. Items weren’t dispatched by the next day so emailed to query. Was advised my items were dispatched the next day. So wouldn’t arrive next day like I had paid extra for.

I asked for a refund of my additional shipping cost as the items hadn’t arrived next day, to be advised that next day delivery meant items were dispatched the next day, not delivered and they couldn’t refund. Completely different to what was on their website.

At the time of writing this review, I am awaiting a response from them as I have provided screenshots of their website to show that they are being completely misleading, but will definitely be avoiding them in future based on this experience.

Customer service responses are slow and there seems to be a lack of care.

Very poor quality. Left a review with feefo as requested and gave 3 stars due to poor quality but also allowing for quick delivery. They then emailed asking me to change it to 5 star and they would then give me a free gift! This is disgusting behaviour and I have therefore given less stars here.

Firstly I would like to say that the taking of my money and delivery were super quick. However, the duvet set I ordered and received didn't match the description advertised on their website. I emailed and got a quick response back basically saying I could return the item but I would have to pay the postage to return. I pointed out that if the item i ordered matched their description then I wouldn't be returning it as such I felt they should send me a pre paid returns label. I received a generic email back basically saying their description was spot on and offered to refund me 10% of what i had spent. I downloaded the pictures off their website and took pictures of what I had actually received still no joy they just want your money I definitely wouldn't recommend this company.

After reading all of the poor reviews, I felt I should review my experience with Oxford Homeware. I ordered 4 satin pillowcases for a Christmas gift. They were a good price and offered free delivery. I have received email updates most days and they arrived within a few days. The pillowcases are good quality and come in a nice box, making them ideal for gifting.
I'm genuinely pleased with my purchases and would recommend this company.

I brought loads of stuff on here before always been good but the rug I’ve just brought it meant to be grey and it’s more like blue not happy

After reading the reviews it was to late as I’d already placed my order on Monday 4th November for a 13.5 tog which was delivered by Royal Mail on Friday the 8th November in the morning . I was stunned at how good the quality of the tog was for the price with free delivery included . I was kept undated with dispatch and delivery so a big thank you guys .

Ordered a duvet set, so far ordered on 10th Setember 2024 taken money from me and no confirmation email received. Instead a welcome email received so doubting at this stage the delivery intentions. Have emailed requesting eta and confirmation of purchase, there is no order number to track as they never sent the confirmation of purchase email that they said would be sent at the time of purchase. Update to follow.

Goods received today, 2 days after placing order and sending emails raising my concerns. The goods arrived from what must be another one of their companies called Kensington Homeware. They originally stated that I had provided an incorrect email address which led to them not sending me confirmation of purchase email, however I did NOT send a wrong email address. Product is of acceptable quality for the price paid however ordered from Oxford Homeware, payment made to and taken by Oxford Homeware, goods received from a different company.

Ordered items in good faith that they would actually look like the picture on the website, sadly they were nowhere near! This is when I read the returns/refund policy, you have to pay for your own returns!! In this day and age when you can return things to China for free, you have to pay £10 to send them to Birmingham! Their customer service is very poor, they offered me £7 to keep the items, I paid £45! So, no, don’t buy anything from them. My next stop is trading standards!
