Amazing all around! From the interface to the customer service to everything.

Yonder is excellent! Easy to use, card is slick, the app is great and the perks are always genuinely exciting. I've used points on so many great rewards including a BATCH LDN suit, Percival Menswear, Trainline, Laundry heap and countless pubs around London. Plus, the customer service has always been impeccable. I'd give six stars if I could!

I sign up to a card who's policy on interest payments changed to my detriment within two weeks of me opening the account. You're up against the worlds biggest ... Well that's not going to help!

We can't call yonder a credit card,example they change the credit limit without any notice,
The intrest rate higher thr nomal rate,
Monthly charge £15 it's not worth it
Points program not bad you can use the points in different places and different products, but if you are outside London, it's almost useless

I was a founder member of Yonder a few years ago and the service has just kept getting better: reward points that convert to experiences simply without hassle; any supplier dispute acted on immediately; intuitive and friendly team plus great service.

Very good terms, very convenient app

If you’re looking for a card which offers you actual value for money, there it is. Points that actually add up (better multiplier with the credit card), perks which are actually worth it, and really easy to redeem. New experiences to discover near you every month, points to use in lounges, hotels, trains, etc. ; it covers it all. At equivalent fee, you get better value than the Amex gold card

The Yonder Card is Great But!

Using it not so much it has made me want to change to someone else ...

Yonder has been amazing with user friendly app, great support team always available to help resolve any issue and amazing ways to use your points earned. Feel the points are more fit for your day to day use and you actually benefit from them unlike other credit cards. Been a user since the very beginning and have always had a great experience

Great credit card option for someone who is new into credits and have a thin credit file… Love their non-nonsense communication style and well designed app…

Having had poor customer care from a lot of cards, I was very pleased with Yonder - easy to set up, good credit limit and low interest rate - plus clear points collection and travel benefits. Highly recommended.

Excellent thanks very easy to use

Harassment from Otto the AI customer service agent I was called up on a daily basis by the AI agent asking me to clear my outstanding payments. Luckily I have the CEO of Yonder as a LinkedIn connection so I will relay my feedback to him.

Great customer service and competitive APR

It was a great experience signing up to Yonder, the process was quick and easy. I love the perks you get in the app, you get points for spending that you can use towards treats or for money off flights.

Switched from AmEx Gold to this one, and so far, it’s been lovely. Excellent app. Customer support via chat has also been quick and easy. Price seems reasonable, and as for the dining perks, I haven’t used any despite having this card for 2+ years!
