Been pretty happy so far with Yonder. App is really easy to navigate, the credit offering has been pretty good, and the rewards pretty intriguing

I would say it isn’t immediately obvious as to how the points can be redeemed, I was attempting to redeem points I’d earned towards a booking at No1 Lounges for my upcoming Japan trip. It wasn’t initially clear that you could decide on using the points AFTER paying with my Yonder card, I was initially expecting to decide on using the points before paying almost like a voucher, but I figured it out in the end. Other than that, top notch!!

Yonder are good when everything is easy for them.
Get into problems with fraudulent transactions and they will virtually blame you, They wont be on your side or assist in anyway.
Compare them to my Barclaycard platinum and the support is like night and day.
To top it off, we went to Sicily and the card was rejected at most outlets and we ended up resorting to Monza because we could not rely on useless Yonder.

So far so good! The app works well, and was very easy to apply and set everything up. Very user friendly too!

Yonder card has been great. I have been using it since a year and it regularly gets rewards and many more offer. I enjoy using it for al my payments

Easy to use, accumulate points very quickly and exchange them for a plethora of amazing rewards! Definitely worth paying the nominal monthly fee. Friendly and efficient customer services. Basically everything one could wish for and more!

I also had my credit limit reduced because I dont rack up massive debts on my card, i have read their stock replies about having to review this but ive had credit cards since I was 18 and not one has ever done this without me asking for it.....

Also, the so called rewards.....i tried to book an airport lounge and claim the points I had accumulated for a discount....my 'unique' link did not work so I was charged full price, on challenging this i was presented with screenshots that were not what I saw on my app and a stock response to say that I was at fault.....

The app is confusing, points are horrendous to try and redeem.....

I also discovered that booking this lounge through the Yonder rewards program was more expensive than going to the provider directly.....ive been told this will be 'fed back' but Yonder absolutely must be aware they are offering more expensive 'treats' which are disguised as rewards.

Im going to claim the little points I have left, and go back to my Amex card, the avios I receive on that are far more rewarding. Easier to claim and not a total scam.

I will await my stock reply saying they acknowledge what I say but its me thats at fault.....

1. Easy to handle.
2.Unlike, as a Master Card acceptable at all shops.
3. Special discount by using thIs could be an added advantage

Great restaurant options in Borough recently. Everything works nicely and it makes a strong non-Amex credit card option for home and abroad.

Waste of a company . Avoid banking with these

Very nice to use. I mean the app layout is beautiful, and the card is even more beautiful. The card came in before I expected it. Looks so professional and I love it. No complaints yet.

Ive been using yonder for a few months now. I use it for the whole month then pay the balance off. I find the card and app great for tracking our spending over the month. Ive also received £70 in rewards.
