Edulliset hinnat ja nopea toimitus, suosittelen!

Fantastiska produkter och en helt fantastisk service. Jag gick in spontant på butiken i MoS för att hitta något som kunde hjälpa min åldrande hud och fick ett så varmt och professionellt bemötande. Hjälpen jag fick kändes både genomtänkt och personlig och jag märker hur mycket bättre min hud känns efter deras rekommendationer.

Hade dottern med som var ivrig och sa högt att hon ville prova mina produkter. Personalen var tydlig och ärlig mot henne och sa att hon inte fick använda mina produkter eller köpa sånt som inte passar hennes unga hud. Som en fin kompromiss fick hon istället välja ett mycket snällt serum anpassat för tonårshud samt en återfuktande mask.
Jag uppskattar verkligen deras ärlighet och att de inte försöker sälja på kunder produkter som man inte behöver eller bör använda. Det märks att de sätter kundens hud och välmående i första hand.

I visited the store in Liljeholmen because of a promotion on your social media.
But when I was met with the salesperson, she did not recognise the promotion, nor did she speak Swedish, she also had a bad tone and kind of sent me away. Before I left I asked again, but she just shake her head like no and smile...

Gjort två beställningar sen jag hitta deras hemsida och vart så nöjd båda gångerna. Så fint paketerat och snabb leverans. Stort utbud av kbeauty produkter så kan handla allt jag behöver på ett och samma ställe. Efter att jag sett att de har en butik i göteborg vill jag så gärna åka dit. Kommer definitivt fortsätta beställa mina favorit produkter här.

Communicatie, levering en producten perfect.

Snabb leverans i vanliga fall, men det kan ta lite längre tid under rea-event. En gång tappade de bort min beställning men när jag hörde av mig till kundservice fick jag snabbt svar och en lösning jag blev nöjd med. Personal i butik Göteborg är trevliga och hjälpsam. Jag kommer absolut att handla här igen.

You told me I can go to the store and exchange - yes but I live 1 hour away from your store and I purchased these online and I wanted to return them to your warehouse. Customers be aware you might get an old lipstick

I ordered two lipsticks where both were obviously opened. On one I could even SEE someone’s lip marks, I emailed the company 10 minute after receiving the package and they are saying that it’s impossible and that they cannot refund me. It’s a health hazard to send out used gross lipsticks to people.

I will be doing a claim with my bank and will throw away those products as they are gross. The lipsticks are obviously used and they don’t even want to take the product back to check.

Super expérience achat, je cherchais un produit qui était en rupture de stock partout, je l’ai trouvé sur ce shop, livraison express (2 jours !) et des petits échantillons en cadeau, je rachèterai chez eux à coup sure !

Very fast delivery, good customer service and a lot of samples

Love their product selection. I've gotten to know some products that have helped my skin a lot.

I love the produce! The shop sells one of my favourite brand Frudia, and other Korean skin care and cosmetics.
Quite good discount campaigns and other discounts too. They also have good "liability program" in ReceiptHero in which you can collect stamps to earn discounts. And, on top of this, you usually get free product samples when you order from the webshop. This is really nice when you have a sensitive skin and are not that keen buying new products without testing them. The delivery from the webshop has also been quick. Truly recommend.
