The process from initial contact to installation was impeccable.
Cameron explain everything from start to finish but more importantly was honest and transparent from the beginning. Not trying to pull the wool over our eyes or use dated sales tactics. I would highly recommend yellowcom and Cameron especially for anyone looking for any form of telecom system or broadband.

Rang the Dublin Support number but…
Rang the Dublin Support number but ended up speaking to Natalie in Glasgow. Natalie was friendly, helpful and professional in her dealings with me. She found out the issue and kept me informed as to what was happening. She then called me the next day to check that everything was back and operating correctly. Now that is Customer service as it should be. Thank you and well done Natalie and Support team.

Fantastic service
Had Peter out this morning to replace our router, was very friendly and professional, the installation went very smoothly and everything is working perfectly now. We’ve been using Yellowcom for quite a while now and would highly recommend them, their service is great and they are always very helpful to deal with. Customer service is brilliant and if we’ve ever had an issue they get it sorted promptly and without any hassle.

Bill Query
Had a query on our bills and spoke to our account manager Carly Dunlop. She scheduled a meeting to meet with us and go over our current billing. Carly managed to resolve an issue that we weren't even fully aware of and in turn saved the club money! Carly has been great to deal with and her customer service is fantastic! Thank you again!

Great Customer Service
Thank you so much to Dara for helping sort out an issue I was having. Dara was so calm and patient, nothing was too much for him. He followed up promptly and kept me in the loop the whole time.
