I would be very wary of these people. I ordered a Christmas product and was delivered something entirely different. The email link to make queries doesn’t work. And if you tick one star on the Trustpilot email, the link doesn’t work..
Thanks for your reply, I have received no follow up. So have still no received the product I paid for

Ordered 3 of the cozy Christmas lights.
Totally misleading advertising compared to what I received. Cheap plastic light although advertised completely different and confirmation email also shows completely different product in the picture. Very disappointed with the product and the wait was over a month too. I immediately contacted for refund today and hope I get a reply soon as I won't be paying for the lamps.

Ordered weeks ago and had no updates. I emailed the company several times with no reply. I finally received a tracking number which didn’t work. I have now received an email saying it has been delivered to Alfreton which is in a completely different county. Avoid!

Update
So, I gave the company a really negative review earlier. However, I thought it was fair to give them the benefit of trying to provide a resolution. How wrong I was. Experience tells me you should always go with your gut/ initial thoughts and I wasn't wrong. I'm still waiting to receive the order. For other potential customers please note - THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY, albeit it's advertisment claims otherwise.
My order is apparently somewhere in China 🤷♀️🤷♀️.
I will never use them going forward. Scam comes to mind and I've reported them as such via appropriate channels.
