I ordered 8 Waterproof Standing toilet bags, 6 on behalf of a friend. By the time they arrived I was on holiday and the bags were much smaller than they looked on the Facebook advertisement. I have emailed twice requesting information on how to return the goods but have had no reply.
I am very disappointed and I have paid £53.20 for items that are not satisfactory.
Not sure how I reply to this but Yaycart have reimbursed me my £53.20 since I posted on Trustpilot. Many thanksto all for solving my problem.
I still don’t know how to return the goods !!!
