No faults. Everything was done incredibly

Very professional and service oriented team. The communication regarding the timing and location of the boat ride was excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

The food was the only thing that was a let down as it meat and seafood was dry and chewy.

All my guests said they had the best time. The jets skiing was an amazing touch which made the experience even more exciting.

Booked a yacht cruise for our company gathering with some guests and clients and as per my boss' feedback, everything went well and they enjoyed their time very much.

I would like to commend Nick for doing such a great job attending to all our needs and enquiries - he was always responsive and saw to it that we are informed accordingly.

Everithing was very nice. Boat in very good conditions, meal very tasted, The boat staff very friendly, the commercial team as well!!

We did enjoy the boat trip on Saturday November 23, 2019... The weather was fantastic, Me and my family reallyhad fun and loved it so much👍... Thank you for Golds Yacht management and the boat crews hospitality... We will recommend you to all of my friends for sure

The crew were great, always there when we needed them but also left us to have fun and enjoy our afternoon out. Highly recommend.

On the back of my feedback, management were very effective in contacting me and going through the details of my experience. They were conscious and cared about making positive changes to their operations and have assured us that going forward they will ensure we have a wonderful experience. The Key Account manager has been very attentive and has shown great post experience goodwill gestures.

Post payment sales rep was not very useful. The yacht arrived late on the day. The sales rep was unable to help with coordinating with our catering company to get the food to the location and set up.
Management were helpful in agreeing to providing drinks and water on board complimentary.
The yacht was nice and well maintained, just a shame about the overall service.

The vessel and crew were amazing. So well worth the money!!! I only charter with Gold's Yacht.

The pilot and the crew are great guys ... helped us to balance between safety and pleasure .. we had a Blast👍🏾👍🏾... we shall be back soon..

Booked a corporate event that I planned a month in advance.

Everything went off well with one hitch, there was an error with the jetski provider so instead of 2 hours for 2 jetskis, I got 2 jet skis for an hour. The company refunded me the difference though, however, it would have been cooler to get the jetskis.

The yacht and the people were pretty amazing. Food was fairly good as well - went with the bbq. But the company is legit and trustable which is hard to find these days.

Great experience from start to finish! The team were so accommodating throughout the full experience. Would thoroughly recommend, great way to see Dubai and a memory to last a life time.

Really great team on the boat, helped with everything and couldn’t have asked for better!! Will always use you guys when I’m booking yachts in the future

The staff were absolutely amazing and very patient with me but quick to respond. We booked a 24person yatch and everyone was very comfortable. The food was great, and the jetski was a lot of fun. It was very stress free and I will be booking them again in the near future
