I booked with Nanje Yachts and had to cancel due to the regional conflict. They verbally agreed to refund my deposit (AED 300) but since then, I have received nothing but excuses “account issues”, “we’ll transfer when we can”, and eventually complete silence.
It has now been over 2 MONTHS. They no longer respond to my messages.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and frankly unacceptable behavior for a company operating in Dubai.
Avoid at all costs if you don’t want to lose your money !!!

Awful experience – avoid this company.

I paid a deposit for a yacht trip which was later cancelled due to the situation in Dubai. I was clearly told I would receive a full refund, which seemed reasonable given the circumstances.

However, since then the company has been extremely unresponsive. I have followed up multiple times and on at least three separate occasions I was assured the refund would be processed – yet no payment has been made and no clear explanation has been provided.

At this point, it feels like empty promises with no intention of actually returning my money.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, they have failed to deliver both the service and the promised refund, and communication has been very poor.

I am now considering escalating this further if the issue is not resolved promptly.

I cannot stress enough how much you should avoid this company. They are a complete scam and the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in the UAE. I paid a deposit to book a 3-hour yacht rental. At the time of booking, they were happy to take my money but conveniently "forgot" to mention any details about their cancellation or refund policy. This was clearly a deliberate tactic to trap me later.

Shortly after my booking, the tragic bombing in Dubai occurred, and my flight was cancelled like thousands of others. I contacted them immediately to explain the situation and request a refund. Instead of showing even an ounce of empathy or basic human decency, they gave me the runaround. They were completely unresponsive for long periods, and when they did reply, they kept gaslighting me with the lie that "normal operations are ongoing." This was a blatant lie, as the entire city was in chaos and flights were grounded.

After a full week of constant chasing and begging, they finally agreed to refund 40% of my deposit. It was another lie. They never paid it. They have stolen my money. They are dishonest, they lack any customer service skills, and they have no problem lying to your face. Do not trust them with a single dirham. Go with a reputable company instead.

Experience was decent but they were supposed to return some money back to me but despite promises they have not returned my money and are now not answering my calls. Careful before you book.
