Communication and attention to detail was fantastic throughout, very responsive and impressive to be fair. XTR are clearly a customer focussed group. I was recommended to XTR by a friend of a friend. I ordered 3 machines (2 rowers and a skierg). Expectation relating to stock and timing was articulated very clearly By XTR, which made planning from a customers perspective, easy. The courier service went like clockwork to Cobham, faultless delivery with clear comms on the day. Will be using again, definitely. We are 3 very happy cross-fitters today using our new kit during lockdown. Thank you Dan, much appreciated.
