Ordered touch up stick Blue Mercedes 896, received a dark grey silver , telephoned and told no one to speak too .. email .. emailed Twice with pictures and request to replace with correct colour…. No reply at all , lucky I bought through Amazon so they sorted refund ! Terrible customer service and wish I had read other reviews before , seems like this is a regulate problem 🤷🏻‍♂️

Ordered paint which they sent the wrong color yet labeled correctly, been 3 weeks and still no refund just stupid messages and repeating themselves, very poor service

Recent touch up paint received for vauxhall corsa, perfect match as always. Have used this company on several occasions for both spray paint and touch up paint. Always found them to be first class. Paint mixed
from paint code or reg no.

Bought "light blue" spray paint but it was actually some sort of pinkish-grayish colour. Completely ruined my car. Avoid buying from them.

Appalling customer service - paid £12.99 for express delivery and they went and used Royal Mail 48. When I contacted the company I was told that the paint that I paid £4.99 for was worth more than £4.99 and that charge had been added into the delivery. I was told that they would not be refunding me my delivery charge and that I got the service I paid for - which is categorically not true. I was also told that Royal Mail 48 can still be delivered next day, and when I stated that delivery is 2-3 working days for this service and that is stated on the website, I was told to 'forget about that'. Avoid at all costs - can't believe this company is still in business.

Ordered Gold touch up paint for my golf, gave registration number as requested and they sent silver, the part number for the paint actually stated that it was silver. They were sent an image of the paperwork and the messaging service on Amazon kept asking for proof, so in the end I sent an email which contained the 20 digit part number. They then asked me to post it to an address in Northern Ireland, I also was told earlier that it couldn’t be sent by post because it was flammable. I complained to amazon and they were pretty useless, I was given a refund against an item I was sent months before and did not relate to the item in question. I just gave it up as a bad experience as the cost to send it back was more than the paint.They simply aren’t a supplier I’ll deal with again.

If I could give zero star I would, bought touch up paint from this company via Amazon, paid an extra £9.99 for two day delivery, still awaiting delivery three days later, have messaged company via Amazon and they have not bothered to reply, wish I had checked on here b4 ordering, now iv got to wait another two days b4 I can get a refund.
My advise DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company

Very quick delivery. Ordered paint to repair Jimny front bumper, great match and came with lacquer too, job done and very pleased with outcome, no spitting or splatter with the aerosols, great quality, will definitely use these guys again superb service, thanks guys.

Seller sent different item to what's advertised on amazon and won't accept liability or pay for return. Dishonest seller. Stay away!

I ordered some touch up paint, when it arrived I used it immediately, the colour wasn't even nearly the same. I tried to make contact twice but got ignored completely, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WITH ANY LUCK THEY WILL SHUT UP SHOP AND DO EVERTONE A MASSIVE FAVOUR!

2. Item was not delivered on time also.

Reported to Amazon customer service and also going to leave bad sellers feedback. So many bad reviews and no one contacted government organisations. I did and I am not going to leave it.

Ordered a pack of extreme auto paint, base coat, primer and laquer .Received 2 different branded paints asked to return for refund as not as described. The company refused to pay for return postage as they said that the paints were manufactured by extremeauto but were not branded as such

Arrived damaged with paint spilt all over the wrapping. Contacted them but have had no confirmation when or if I will get a refund or replacement

Absolutely appalling company, ordered some touch up paint from them via Amazon, gave them all the information needed to match the car paint, product arrived and when opened the paint had leaked everywhere and was completely unusable

Contacted them only to be told : "give it a wipe"

I was appalled so contacted Amazon and started a return only to find out that you had to pay for return postage and had to contact them to get authority for them to pay for the return postage

On sending them the photos of the damage I assumed it was a formality that they would agree to pay postage for the return

Their response was : "did you see my previous reply?"

What a joke ! Iv reported them to Amazon and am waiting a reply to get a full refund

very poor customer service. item arrived broken they asked me why i didnt just sellotape it back together like any other customer would do. i had to explain that customers wouldnt just tape the broken item together but would return the item as we expect to receive the item as its described in the ad. these guys do not understand customer service or basic ethics so avoid at all costs

Never buy anything from them. They will take your money and will never respond.

Item ordered was not delivered . Company refused to meet its obligations under the Sale of Goods Act.
