As a small business owner, coaching has been an invaluable piece of allowing me to move my business forward. That said, I felt like something was missing with my previous coaches. While I was given great resources and general advice specific to my industry, I still felt like I was still scrambling to pull together the info in a way that made sense for MY business.

Tara has given me the specifics I need to prioritize what matters most. I don’t just get general advice- as a member of her Inner Circle, Tara gets into the weeds looking at my numbers, copy, and business processes. Tara acts as part consultant and part coach so that I’m getting the best of both worlds- specific guidance but also support when I need it. (Because let’s be real, being a small business owner can be hard!) She always gets back to me promptly when I ask for her advice or for her to review something I’m working on.

As a part of Inner Circle, I also appreciate the community and being in group calls with others who are not in my niche so I’m able to learn from other perspectives.

This has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Coaching is an investment but if you’re on the fence it’s worth it!

She is down-to-earth, honest and overall a great business mentor. She really knows her stuff and will not only keep you motivated but also pointed in the right direction so you can start building the business you want.

I've spent over a year testing out different "coaches", but all of them either didn't know what I needed or didn't care enough to actually help. Tara, on the other hand, is genuine and truly cares about helping you meet your goals. If you join her mastermind, she checks in on you regularly and doesn't let you fade into the abyss of "just another monthly payment".

I joined Tara's Breakthrough Boss program a few weeks ago and I have already felt a difference and have made great progress within myself mentally!! Small business owners, especially new ones, battle mentally with what needs to be done within and for your business, but your mindset may be the biggest hinderance with moving forward even with the obvious. At least that has been my experience. Her organized condensed breakdown of the top hats was EXACTLY what I needed as the weight of "all the 1000 hats" a small biz owner wears, was weighing on my head so heavy, and with my mindset not being where it should be, I was just going around in circles not getting anything done! Until now!! With Tara's amazingly put together BB program, I have been able to organize my thoughts, tasks, and biz soo much better that I am finally taking steps in the right direction, which is growth! Last week I attended her Black Friday workshop, and for me to actually have a BF campaign plan already outlined in less than a week is more progress than I have (for Black Friday) of the 3 years I've had my biz!!! So thank you Tara for getting my mind right and guiding me in the direction I've so desperately been needing to get my biz a lot more organized and moving forward! I just got off the Black Friday For Small Biz Workshop that Tara hosted and my mind is blown. Tara went SOOOOO above and beyond just a webinar training... Not only was the training itself incredibly helpful, I also got personal coaching that gave me more clarity in 10 minutes than I've been able to get with other coaches over the course of entire programs. She broke things down into really simple actionable steps and helped me tailor her recommendations to my specific situation. I originally thought I was going to just be dropping in to listen to a webinar in the background while I worked on other things but once I got there and started listening I was so interested I closed out everything else and got so much personal help that honestly I wasn't even expecting. Tara's the real deal - I'm super impressed.

I took Tara's AYID course and it really helped me classify my content creation and get a jump on it. The trick of creating a MASTER Content and then shuttling it off to smaller pieces was alone worth the price paid.

Tara's courses are EXACTLY what I've been looking for. They are set up well and allow you to pick and choose what it is you need answers to and allows you to work on those things that are most important to your business right now.
