Impossible to cancel. Been trying to a month+ now. Account manager stopped responding.

We tried to sell a restaurant via their platform for over a year. Overall, not a responsive group, not transparent and won't let you cancel.

I wasn’t in a rush to sell, so I ignored a few offers at the beginning. What I liked is that nothing expired or disappeared. I could take my time, come back, and continue discussions without starting from zero

I need more stars to give them. They have been working with me for several months now. Kaitlyn has learned more about my business than I can imagine anyone should have to endure, but she is a professional and needs to know about my industry. The communication with this company is nearly on a daily basis. Having someone send out NDA's and clearing out the candidates to find those who are truly serious, is a huge time saver. They know what they are doing and I can't think of anything they could improve on. Always there to answer my questions. 10 stars?

These guys Tried to charge me an extra month even when I called them ahead of time to let know that I don't need theirs services any more. That my business was sold. " OPENFAIR IS A REAL NIGHTMARE ". They got my number from a very Respectable in Decent company. BIZ/BUY/SELL.
