Customer Services
Customer Services - minus 1 star
No knowledge of product costings and refused to give details or information for ordering.
As a customer I have no confidence in ordering from your company at present/future.
Xerox do your self a favour, bring back your customer services to either U.S. or U.K.

do not touch a Xerox contract with a barge pole, if you run into issues, they will issue wind up petetion before you can blink, demand full payment, they lie about the contract, its a rental agreement, poor service, when you need toners they ask why do want toners for, madness, scammers tbh, do not use them, if you do make sure its a fince agreement, you got more protection, sales man Chris conned me, stay away from them

The good news is that my new Xerox printer (a C310) is working nicely (so far). However, the deal included a £30 cashback offer and the process for claiming and receiving it was slow and complex - probably took more than £30 worth of my time. I suggest knocking a few quid off the price would have been a better deal.
Xerox Printers Complaint Ref 63005084
Complaint Ref 63005084
I bought a c235 laser printer from xerox which failed to print properly on HP paper. Engineers were sent out who proceeded to use two thirds of the colour ink cartridges while failing to fix the problem. After many hours with technical online support, engineers were sent out again and used further ink. On the second visit it was determined that the voltage of the printer had to be turned and it then printed on some higher premium paper provided the engineers but still not on the standard HP paper. Despite being offered either a new printer or replacement cartridges by online technical support, a technical services manager called Nick Wise went back on this promise, claimed that online technical support didn't know what they were doing and had no authority to make any promises and said that Xerox's engineers were quite at liberty to use as much ink as they wish and were not responsible for their printing of numerous pages of full a4 colour which depleted the new ink cartridges. Smaller thumb nail squares in colour could have been printed. Xerox is a disgrace, their customer service is shocking and do not expect to be compensated in any way for their failings. I still do not have a printer which operates properly and and am now £200 down in ink costs
If there was a Zero Star option
If there was a Zero Star option, guess which I would have chosen.
Constant issues with Versalink C400. I have had over 20 printers in my 21 years of business and without doubt this is the worst I have ever had the misfortune to own. Customer service is APPALLING! How this company is still in business eludes me. Taking this crap machine to the dump now and buying anything else other than Xerox! Die - just DIE!
Abysmal equipment and matching service.
Abysmal equipment and matching service.
I have some IT experience (25 years) and I have neever come across a more accomplished and uncaring bunch of licenced bandits. I have long since given up playing the Xerox "run out of warranty you have to pay hefty call out fees" game.
My Workstation 5615 uninstalls bits of itself on a regular basis; some days it is fine and others the scanner function has gone or the printer won't talk to the network.
I bought this thing to scan in many pages of village records and it has turned out to be the proverbial lemon.
Appalling aftersales customer service
We bought a Xerox Versalink C505S in 2017and recently the Black Drum cartridge came up with a message to replace. We paid £70 for the new part from Xerox but when it was fitted, up came a message to say it was "misaligned". We called the local Xerox agent we had bought the machine from and the engineers asked us to get a contract from Xerox so they could come out and fix it. The Xerox contract they sent stated Xerox wanted us to pay £250 for an engineer to come out (from the local firm) and they would then provide a code to imput to clear the message on the machine and enable it to work. The Xerox local firm offered us a one year service contract for £360 as an alternative but Xerox Head Office would not accept this alternative as the warranty had run out 3 years ago.
When I phoned Xerox to complain, the agent put the phone down on me. I was not being abusive but stating the situation was not good customer service.
The Xerox printer worked well but Afterservice is appalling and we would never buy a Xerox machine again. We scrapped the Xerox as we would not be blackmailed in this way and bought another make of printer which is working well and hope for better Afterservice with this manufacturer.
Possibly the worst printers in the world.
Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Owned 6 of their large printers for our office for a 3 year contract. Countless issues including daily paper jams, blocked sensors, inaccurate colours and poor quality prints.
Not only were the printers terrible but the support team couldn't even resolve some simple issues relating to our cloud printing. Complete money pit and poor excuse for a "corporate leader in printing".
If you have the chance NEVER go with Xerox and go to some local suppliers. Their contracts are no better and have some ridiculous charges and penalties for leaving early.
Xerox... never again.
My c405 printer scanner lost the…
My c405 printer scanner lost the scanner function just after the warranty period. This can only be reconnected with a login password, known only to Xerox. Support doesn’t exist. Don’t make the same mistake I did!
Do Not buy a xerox under any…
Do Not buy a xerox under any circumstances! Our printer is displaying a fault and it’s obviously happened just outside of the warranty period. The customer service team refuse to even discuss any information about the fault and only leave you with the option of paying upwards of £250 to speak to an engineer. This is definitely one of those instances where after sales is designed to fleece customers as much as possible
Had the displeasure of having not one…
Had the displeasure of having not one but TWO Xerox printers in the office. One has just failed a couple of months outside of a 2 year warranty despite having a relatively easy life. The other just does not connect properly for anybody but one person. The scan function is effectively defunct as a result. Which paper tray it will select from is a lottery, despite both housing the same size of paper. Only load one? No chance, it'll insist on using the other, despite one of them being named the bypass tray. Both printers had issues on delivery - one was holding back the last inch of paper and complaining about a paper jam. Pull it out and let the print job continue? Nope. That print job is now ruined and you'll need to start again. The other went into power saving mode, but did not have a setting automatically applied to allow the wifi attachment to wake the printer. In this day and age! All round just a terrible user experience.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. no one replies to emails they asked mr to send. Especially poor was Marlo but even escalated complaints are just ignored. All I needed was an admin password but they just don't care!
Unprofessional
I recently had 3 separate interviews for a job with Xerox. 2 were conducted over the phone and 1 face-to-face in Manchester. After which I heard nothing back. I even emailed asking why I hadn't had a response after 3 interviews and didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply.
Great printing; over-complicated setup
I recently purchased a WorkCentre 6515. The quality of prints is excellent, operation is quiet and speedy, and toner usage seems reasonable.
But ... the product is a brilliant example of over-engineering - in this case of the software. The result is that its behaviour is not infrequently at odds with the settings, or simply too clever for its own good (I really shouldn't need to visit the printer to confirm that its OK to print on the pre-printed paper on the by-pass tray). Frustrating and massively time-wasting.
BTW, why is Xerox categorised by Trustpilot under "vehicles and transportation"?!
Diabolically bad customer services
Diabolically bad customer services. I've been 'Number 1 in the queue' for 3 hours...and no help yet. I don't know who runs this company these days, but its reputation might not ever come back from this level of under-resourcing. Sad thing is I'm a reviewer, so I'm hardly likely to recommend anyone buy this equipment (aka rehashed Lexmark printer...) with this laughable service support.
If I looked to Trustpilot before…
If I looked to Trustpilot before purchasing a XEROX PRINTER I would not regret it now
I purchase VERSALINK C600 a few years back and in the year of the warranty the printer failed to print both sides and was not very heavy use because I did a very small amount of printing
Ive contacted Xerox and send there third party repair team, the engineer was clueless about what he was doing and the heavy printer engineer turn it around on all sides to check the problem and very unprofessionally he scratched my solid wood oak office desk just very recently purchased.
This is the reply from xerox not admitting they damaged my office desk after send them proof with pictures
And of course my printer after spending a lot of money doesn't work on both sides printing
Dear Customer,
We have reviewed your email below and have liaised with the engineer and manager concerned and can advise as follows:-
All Xerox engineers are trained to a very high standard and will carry out their work to a very high professional level.
Whilst on site we take every precaution to ensure that no damage is made to the customer environment and we expect that the device is placed in such a location that the engineer can take all necessary practical steps to repair the device.
In this instance, our engineer has attended the site and has identified a number of parts that are required to repair this device for you. This is common practice and we would therefore request that should you wish us to continue with the repair that you allow our engineer back on site to complete this activity for you. We will not at this time be offering to exchange your device. Unfortunately, we are unable to take any action in relation to the damage you stated was caused by the engineer on your desk and we have spoken with our engineer who does not believe this to be the case and given there are a number of scratches we would expect this to have been mentioned at the time of the visit and perhaps steps taken to cover the desk.
As stated above, in order to repair your device we will need to be allowed back on site and therefore I ask that by a copy of this note, you confirm how you would like to proceed.
Regards,
Xerox C7020 - even the technical support can't work it out :-D
Terrible customer service! Complicated software setup with settings that need work-arounds and only work for a limited period of time.
When the agent (Maridel or 'Del') did finally answer, it was clear that this person was doing something else at the same time as talking with me. I felt unworthy of their attention... it's a sad state of affairs and bit rude, really! With several minutes between each of their (unhelpful) responses I ended up wasting a lot of my time. In the end they stopped responding to me at all, so I just gave up. Don't waste your time and money buying the C7020. It is too complicated for the Xerox technical support staff to set up, and after an initial period of being able to use some of its limited features using a technical workaround in the settings, the scanning function has now become unusable - I have no idea why :-(
If no stars was an option then that's…
If no stars was an option then that's what I would rate as. Our experience with this company is appalling Zero Customer Service or care, even the CEO who I emailed on a number of occasions is not interested and insists the Head of Customer Experience will be able to investigate and resolve our issues. The Head of Customer Experience... Months of radio silence and ignoring most of the complaint. Our contract with them has had nothing but issues but they have taken no reasonability or effort to put things right. Their staff turn over is terrible but it is no wonder when you see how customers are treated. This has been ongoing since May all caused due to poor service and incorrect information given from their employees yet they take no responsibility for this. The only company who are still sending invoices in the post through out COVID, despite asking for an email version. They cannot reply to emails to help resolve issues yet chasing an invoice that they haven't sent they can do no problem. Price increases with no explanation yet again no reply as to why. Avoid this company at all costs.
Customer service is an absolute joke!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM XEROX
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM XEROX.
THEY ARE ALL CON ARTISTS AND EARLIER THIS WEEK SOMEONE CAME TO MY HOUSE AND WAS BANGING ON THE DOOR AT 7AM, AND TRIED TO KICK DOWN THE DOOR. THEY CONFIRMED THEY WERE FROM XEROX (HPO LOGISTICS). I RAN DOWNSTAIRS WITH A WEAPON EXPECTING THAT I WAS ABOUT TO BE MURDERED BUT THEY HAD ALREADY LEFT.
I HAVE A BROKEN PRINTER (IT ARRIVED BROKEN) AND XEROX HAVE SENT ME A 'SITE SURVEY FORM' REQUESTING THAT I PRINT IT OUT AND SEND IT BACK TO THEM.
THEY SENT ME A BROKEN PRINTER.
HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO PRINT ANYTHING?
TERRIBLE COMPANY.
NEVER TRUST THEM AND JUST GO TO RICOH INSTEAD.
