This is a scam. Poorly run operation and wasn’t even close to delivering on the promises they made.

I sent videos in on a Monday and didn’t get a response for a whole week. How does that even happen when you promise 2 videos per week.

I reached out to their CEO and he also ignored me despite warning him I would do a charge back. I did a charge back and the dispute was decided in our favor because luckily I had the initial call recorded.

We were sold on speed and responsiveness. But the moment we paid, the team went offline for a major holiday that was never mentioned during the sales process.

They had a “watch this video for a surprise” message queued up from the start, but didn’t think to mention their entire team would be unavailable for 10 days. That alone says a lot.

Then came a long onboarding process, only for them to deliver a sample video that looked nothing like the references we provided. Not even close.

Even if the refund comes through, the damage is done. This is not a team you can trust with deadlines, clarity, or your business.

We’re not coming back, and you shouldn’t risk it either.

Also beware of them buying reviews. All of the reviews right after mine are people not even apart of their Slack that they use for client comms.

It's a scam, don't fall into it. If you need a real editor, go to Upwork or Fiverr and save your money. They feed you lies just for you pay them. PLEASE READ THIS. Don't fall into this scam

I had a horrible experience. Like other reviewers have mentioned: horrible edits, horrible communication. It was a frustrating experience and when I wanted a refund: I was constantly bombarded with false promises and no refund. I would never recommend them.

Do not hire this company they promised you the moon and for a good deal and do not follow through. The first 7 to 14 days it seemed very promising but once I gave him my videos, it all went down Harold.

Horrible communication, horrible edits I do better myself, video turnaround time was never met, I sent countless looms and instructions that were not followed. Or one time they were but then backtrack 10 steps.
It has been over 72 hours and no one has contacted me

I have given them six videos and only two were edited which both of them I had to re-edit and do more myself

This has been the worst company I've ever hired

The fact they don't even reply shows they don't care.

Don't be fooled by they're really impressive organization and fake front. I wish they would put their efforts into something that doesn't steal people's money and doesn't hurt people.

I just want to make sure that everyone knows the company on Instagram called ZSIDEO CONTENT LLC @zsideocontentllc or any of the profiles that are related to ZSIDEO are a scam. They have a quick 20 to 30 minute call with you going over a very elaborate honestly quite impressive explanation of their process and how they work. They offer every aspect of video content creation from script to hook ideas etc. Seems too good to be true for the price they offer and so I looked into it more. They tried to close you on the call with your first payment saying the offer is only good for the call.

This is a red flag!

When you look at their profile it says a ton of followers but they have almost no engagement and the profile is just created in December and they say they have over 500 clients and 500 editors. Total BS!! No your all of your accounts and your founders account are 6 months and 2 months old respectively.

They also claim to edit for a bunch of different people and they send you portfolio examples, and two of the people got back to me confirming they edit their own videos and have never heard of this place ever. So portfolio is a complete lie. When asked about the their age of their account they said they rebranded, but when asked what the name was before, they say they actually didn't have a name before and they were not on Instagram. That's the biggest joke of it all! You're a content editing agency and you worked 3 years editing IG videos and just now created an Instagram account for the brand or the founder? HAHA yeah right.

If you are any type of serious business, do not work with these guys. This is a scam, plain and simple. Saim Ahmad of Zsideo Content couldn't be less of a professional, and in scamming business owners out of their money, doesn't even have the courage to respond once they find out what he's doing. This "business" is nothing more than a lazy scam carried out by people who think there are no consequences for their actions.

I had received no service, they kept pushing back the date when I would get my first video made. When I asked for a refund, they said they could do it, and when I gave them my details to do the refund, I didn’t hear a word back from them. And they blocked me on their official instagram. Please do NOT buy from these guys. $380 down the drain.
