I had an excellent experience during my visit. The doctor was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and answer my questions. The visit felt thorough and respectful, and the staff was also friendly and efficient. I left feeling confident about the care I received and would highly recommend this provider.

Great app

I would have never known of all the doctors and different types they offer and different insurances and Medicaid they took if it wasn’t for this app Zocdoc

ZocDocWas wrong about Insurance

Used ZocDoc to find a PCP and found a good one near my home and that had appointments. ZodDoc listed the care unit as covered by my insurance and they accepted it but now That claim has been denied and i am out $500. Don't trust ZocDoc, go through your insurance site or app and call if need be. ZocDoc will cost you and you want know until the bill collector comes a calling.

Hi Robert, I saw your review and I'm very sorry you're dealing with a $500 bill after booking what was listed as in-network. I'd love to take a few minutes to understand what happened and see how we can help resolve this with the practice. To provide some context, Zocdoc is the booking platform, so we don't send the bill or process the claim. The provider is responsible for keeping their in-network insurance list accurate on their Zocdoc profile. When a patient books in-network on Zocdoc and is then billed out-of-network, that's exactly what our Trust & Safety team's Patient Billing Dispute process is for – we advocate directly with the practice for a refund or a bill reduction to the expected in-network cost.
