Went through the drive thru today and when I got home and checked my food. The fried pickles were definitely fried, burnt to a crisp.

This is probably the 5th time I’ve ordered from Zaxbys on Keith Bridge in Cumming Ga. Every. Single. Time. I have to go in and have them redo my order. It’s absolutely ridiculous.. nothing but a bunch of rude teenagers that could care less if the food is correct. I had them this time redo my order and they STILL got it wrong. I’m beyond irritated. Zaxbys management needs to get a grip on their store.. absolutely horrible… just once I’d like to actually get what I friggin order!! How is that so difficult!?

The worker kept asking me to repeat my order several times they were having a conversation with someone else while trying to take my order. My order was wrong. I went inside and asked them to remake it. I ordered my chicken sandwich with cheese, pickles and mayo (on the side) no ketchup no ranch for my cheese bites amd fries were given either. All of it was incorrect. The manager came over and I told her I wanted it redone it was incorrect she just handed it to the cook and said put cheese and pickles on this. This is the 3rd time they've incorrectly made my order.

I was very disappointed, I order on line, to be delivered. the food wasn't that hot, they forgot to give me a extra fry, with one of my orders. They gave me two small drinks, one was supposed to be an Large. Call the store. Was disappointed. Wanted me to go get the drink. They said, the fries was right. Like I told her, one was big, the other order just had 4 fries in it. I didn't have no way. They was RUDE, when I was talking to them. What happened to the saying , the Customer is always right. I guess, that Old School now. Will not go back, until they make it right.

Wish I could rate it a 0 Chicken Tenders fried to HARD. WASTED MONEY

I waited in line for 25 minutes in line and the last 15 minutes the drive thru person ignored taking orders. Then cleared out the whole line at 7:01stating they were closed. I am empathetic to being short staffed and I spoke to the manager and she was upset and kind. But there was no resolution and a half hour of my time was wasted. Whoever was taking orders really should have consequences that was intentional and unprofessional. Now I’m in line at a competitors drive through and still not home from work. I know there is an obvious internal issue with the staff because the manager said this is a consistent on going issue and that this isn’t the first time this happened.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst service I’ve ever had at Zaxby’s in Trussville Alabama. They park you for 20 min, they are rude and they give you the wrong order. They’re too busy playing and laughing to do any work.
The so called manager is the one that brought out the order to me and even repeated what the order was before handing it to me. Same “manager” hangs up on me when I called because they think you should just come back and get it. No apology, nothing. I will NEVER waste another penny at Zaxby’s. They are horrible

Bought my usual chicken sandwich today. It is now half the size as it used to be. Went and got my money back. Won't ever be going back there again. They said that's going to be the new size.

The Morristown Zaxby’s is the worst food and highest for the bad food I have ever ate the chicken is hard and never get what you order right the food is old. I have ate there the last time it is bad when McDonald’s beats Zaxby’s

Paid 30 dollars at Zaxby's in Summerville sc and needed 1 more honey mustard. They wouldn't give it to me without charging a quarter. I had no cash and they wouldn't just give it to me so I had to use my credit card for it. I hope 25 cents don't bankrupt them but that's the last 30 dollars they will ever get from me.

Johnson City, TN. N. Roan St Zaxby's. Wife and I stopped by yesterday and I ordered (2) 5 Finger chicken plates and specified (honey mustard sauce) with a coke and sprite to drink.
When we got home there was no honey mustard sauce and the coke taste like water. Not the 1st time this has happened at this location.
What is wrong with the employee's at this location that they cannot get the order right?

Ordered the loaded fries with the chicken, bacon, cheese and ranch. The food was cold and staff refused to make it fresh. Received a full refund. Zaxbys in Fayetteville, ga on hwy 85 has lost a customer for life. It only takes one bad experience

Would have given them a zero if possible. Zaxby's food is good and the prices are usually reasonable but to charge someone $2.19 for a cup of water for a kid is ridiculous!! I could understand if maybe it was a bottled water but a cup of water? And I visit Zaxby's at least 4 times a week!

For the amount of money that you are paying for the food you should get better quality looking food

I wish I could give them a negative stars absolute garbage service, was told it would take 15 min took 50 sandwiches were completely bare except the chicken no sauce no pickles on EVERY SANDWICH and they gave me 0 dipping sauce what a joke fire the whole crew! 9400 south highland drive sandy ut 84070! Lazies like that don't deserve jobs!

Ordered the new loaded fries in the Walterboro SC location. Wish i could download a pic. There was absolutely no sauce (ranch or hot sauce) and the fries were cold.

I filled out the review from my last receipt, and I received a code for a free Zak Snack, BOGO. Their chicken strips are great. I love the sweet abd spicy. My husband prefers tongue torch.

I went through the druve-through at Zaxby's in Clinton, TN tonight and ordered the 4 piece chicken meal, the smallest on the menu.
Before I was given my meal, I was asked if I wanted my receipt and I said "No." because it didn't seem important.
I got home and opened my order - I only had 3 pieces of chicken.
This has happened before when I've gone through the druve-through and to take something home... Never again.

Went to zaxby's in Jacksonville Florida. Food and service used to be good. Not anymore. Now they take one order at a time going through drive thru and complete order before taking next drive-thru order - pull up to window to pay. They rush your payment and drinks out the window and ask you to pull forward (no one in line behind us). This is to stop their clock making it look like they served your food fast. 6 minutes later, we get an employee walking to our car, hands bags to us and quickly walks away. The order was completely wrong. Burnt fried pickles, 2 orders of 4 chicken tenders mixed in some sauce?? We didn't order any sauce on the tenders. Cold fries and coleslaw tossed into the box container, not in its own cup with lid. Bread soggy with coleslaw juice. Grilled chicken sandwich that looked like someone stepped on it. All boxes put into the bag sideways so everything was mixed together. Took the food back and requested a refund. We won't be going back to zaxbys. There are plenty of places that actually take the time and care that your food is correct, and not cold/old/. $40 fast food - no thank you!
