Don’t waste your time going to Zaxbys in Forest City, North Carolina. The man that sometimes works the drive-through, who may be assistant manager, is very rude and hateful, and I have never been treated so horrible at a fast food restaurant before. Just trying to make sure my order was correct. He wanted to argue with me and make a scene, and some of the people in the drive-through were looking out the window to see who he was talking to. It was very embarrassing and they have lost my business. I will never go back there and give them my money again to be talked to the way I was. I will take my money and business elsewhere where I’m treated like a human being and not a dog. I would not have anyone working for me that would cost me my customers and my business. After this happened to me today and I told a few people, I was told the place is nasty inside and I wish I would’ve knew this beforehand. I never go in. I just go through the drive-through. I won’t be going back because of the way the employee talk to me and treated me. It was a horrible experience.

Got a kicken chicken sandwich meal there was barely any hot sauce or ranch so my sandwich was very dry could have just bought tenders for what I was served I will not go back

Right after I ordered a take out meal from Zaxby’s Olive Branch (Goodman Road) on May 24, 2026, I started to see unusual charges on the debit card I used to pay for my meal. One charge was over $1,000 at Best Buy in Southaven. Another was for over $300 at WalMart Olive Branch. Another was for an Uber charge. A second WalMart charge was made. I reported it to the Olive Branch Police and Zaxby’s. The Zaxby’s management team asked me several questions such as make of my car, date of the transaction, amount of the bill, etc., so they could review camera footage, but they never responded to my follow up calls. Beware of any transactions on your debit cards made by someone using a skimmer.

And if you’re at Zaxby’s in Olive Branch, pay cash for your meal!

Awful experience with management. Very rude to me and the associate that was helping me with an issue with their app. Requested to speak to the owner and was never contacted about the incident. Will never go back after this ordeal. The food isn’t even that great.

I’m an Uber driver and my time is important. Zaxby’s had a nice ambiance, and the staff was genuinely friendly. My order was ready right when I walked in, and everyone treated me with kindness. Great experience.

IM SO SO SO SORRY FOR MY OTHER REVIEW!!! The wings were soooo good, and the fries werent soggy!! Chick-Fila is overused anyways..

First of all, my order that was placed on the app was not ready,when I arrived to pick up the food. Even though, I got the confirmation saying that the order was received. I had to wait another 30 minutes and when I got home the chicken was salty.

Great place to eat. Food is fresh and delicious! Greatful for Micheal and the ast manger for installing compassion and care into the work environment. Thank you again for your care and desire for good experiences.

I had the house chicken salad lettuce was wilted and had a slimy feel or taste to it. Hardly had any chicken.

They charged my card one hour after I left for something I did not buy. I have tried to reach them by phone and by online complaint and no one has responded and it is now 13 days since my card was charged for something extra that I did not buy one hour after I left

Great customers service and Micheal is a great employee he needs a raise

Went tonight thru drive thru. After ordering went to first window to pay. The young white girl with make up and blonde hair opened the window and reached out her hand..my mom said hey and gave her the card to pay. The girl took it and closed the window. She opened it back up handed my mom her card back with a go to hell look on her face. My mom said Ty and my 2 yr old daughter said hey and she NEVER OPENED HER MOUTH just had the same GO TO HELL LOOK ON HER FACE.. she then closed the window.. HOW RUDE AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..if she is that miserable with her job she does not need to be there AT ALL…me and my family come here several times a month and if this is the kind of customer service we will be getting we will not be back..my mom just lost her husband of 25 yrs 3 wks ago and if she can still say hey and ty she should’ve had customer service and to not acknowledge a 2 yr old who’s smiling at you bc she loves for people to say hey maybe you need to go to counseling for whatever misery your going through..

yall gave me wrong food, the food was cold. The food was nasty. The fries was freezing cold. Then had terrible customer service my wings don’t look fully cooked.

I just did not. Understand why they ask what type sauce you want than give what else they grab . Three ti.e I order barq sauce and get zax sauce instead. So why answer if you just going to give them zax.
