Yeah, so they steal your money, don’t order!

Ordered melatonin gummies in August, told there were issue with fulfilment centre, asked for a refund and had absolutely no response. They literally just stole my money, please don’t order from them

Claim money back via your bank

After my bad experience I made a claim through my bank (I paid by debit card) and instantly had a refund. Just letting others know that it’s the easiest way to sort it out.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Ordered a week ago... paid for next day delivery. Nothing! Emailed twice and no response even though they say response withing 24 hrs !!!

I placed an order last month

I placed an order last month. Waited for my gummies. I managed to send an email and they got back to explaining they technical difficulties, should be solved in a week or so and said they were happy to give a refund. I told them I could wait. I've sent further 4 emails as I haven't received my order, it has been a month now. Tried calling their number and surprise, it doesn't work. Having to go through my bank to receive my refund as I want my money back!

If I could give NO stars I would have. Ordered back in August, given the same conflab as everyone else about a fulfilment problem. Left it a couple weeks, still nothing, so emailed half dozen times, finally got an answer saying a 15% refund, recieved nothing. So I have now asked for a refund and still no reply or refund. Absolute joke of a company.

What you’ve described—months of waiting, repeated unfulfilled promises, unanswered emails, and not receiving either your order or your refund—is unacceptable and falls far short of the standard any customer should expect. I completely understand why you feel let down and frustrated.

There’s no excuse for the lack of follow-through and communication. In August, our company underwent a major transition in ownership and management, severely disrupting our operations and customer service. Unfortunately, this led to a backlog of unfulfilled orders, missed refunds, and far too many customers left without support or answers—including yourself.

Issues with delivery but takes 2 weeks to tell customers!!

As can be seen on other reviews, orders are apparently not being delivered due to dispatch issues at the fulfilment centre. Only received communication 2 weeks after placing my order (and a number of un-responded emails). Their email had said to cancel my order as they do not know when the issue will be resolved.
No idea why this isn’t being told to customers in advance!
Gummies are great but very poor customer service.

Took money, not sent items

Similar to other recent reviews. Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, I emailed for an update and was told there was an issue with "distribution" and it would be sent soon. Another week has passed and still nothing. Communication is slow. 100% avoid.

ZERO STAR Ordered on the 22nd of August had an email to confirm, nothing since. Emailed loads of times and no ones been in touch.

UPDATE!!!
The new company got in touch to say that they have taken over and would be fulfilling my order, which they did and was very prompt about it. Due to my original experience they got in touch to say they would be sending me a 3 free products which arrived very quickly, one of the lids was broken and unusable but I wont hold that against them. Excellent communication and very prompt and professional

I'm not getting any response to my…

I'm not getting any response to my emailS
or from filling out the online contact formS
on their website.
I have contacted multiple times on both
including pictures of order confirmation email and BB dates received.
I contacted Yumi on March 28, April 05 and April 07.
Three emails and three online contact forms.
I bought in bulk, six tubs of ashwagandha wellness gummies
and the best before dates aren't good enough.
It means 2 months supply will be out of date,
(and that is only if I consume two gummies a day.)
BB dates on all six tubs is 28/07/25
So disappointed in the lack of customer care.
I love the gummies and would have been a regular customer.
This was my second order.

They say that their products have around 1 year BB dates apart from one product (that I did not order.)*

I have been told I can send back some tubs at my own expense and they will in this instance refund my postage if I prove to them how much it cost to return. They will then replace with some fresh stock coming in next week.
I can't say I'm overly excited about doing this.
I feel at the very least they could send out some fresh tubs without me wasting anymore of my time.*

Review update

Update- the company reached out uo me over a year later. Originally they refunded me but no further commnnication. Now they have sent the gummies i ordered and they arrived in good time. They are just as I anticipated. So in order to be fair, I've updated my review.
I made an order on 24th February. They promised delivery in 2 days. Now 2 weeks later I've received nothing. They haven't sorted it despite my contacting them, and are now not replying to my emails.

I was really disappointed when I…

I was really disappointed when I ordered this week. I have many repeat orders and reordered bedtime.
The packaging is exactly the same and still called bedtime.
My regular order is Bedtime 5-HTP
What I received is Bedtime magnesium glycine with botanicals

Service was good but their bedtime…

Service was good but their bedtime gummies made me feel sick & on edge. Had the opposite effect to what I was hoping for. I am disappointed as I paid alot of money for them and now they'll go to waste.

Very Bad Service

Very Bad service.
10 days after placing my order still not received. I have contacted Yumi and told it was due to the IT issue over a week ago? Yet the exact same thing also happened with my previous order last month, when there was no global IT issue?
Also, they only informed me of this when I contacted them instead of them contacting customers who have been affected?

Incredible

These gummies are genuinely the best things I have ever tried for my IBS.

I’ve been trying to find something that stops the symptoms for years, and the gut gummies are incredible. I’ve been taking them for 3 weeks and the difference is crazy.

I hadn’t really noticed that much until I missed a few days because I was busy, I noticed all my symptoms were back. I wondered if it was because I hadn’t taken these in a few days so I then started taking them again, and all symptoms are gone.

They’re yummy, taste great and are actually a pleasure to take, which can’t be said for many other brands.

Plus they clearly work and are a flippin godsend. Well worth the money!

I can’t go a day without them!

Honestly the best vitamins I’ve ever had. I’m writing this review after finishing 1 months course of the vitamins. I see and feel a huge difference. I’m not even exaggerating. They are also soo easy to consume, you don’t need water. You can literally just eat them. I’ve not missed a single day of taking them. I’ve ordered another batch of everything!
