Great product - exceptional service.

Without my Magnesium Glycinate I never have a good nights sleep. They taste great and work perfectly with my night time routine.

After seeing they were back in stock I ordered the 6 pack. I received them promptly but when delivered (EVRi) the packaging was open and only 1 tub was in the bag.
I contacted YUMI in the early evening and got a response immediately. It didn’t matter what time I emailed they were there to respond!
I couldn’t fault the customer service I received.

Oh and got my new replacement tubs within two days. AND another six when they could easily have sent five to replace what went missing.

So my only criticism would be stronger packaging in the first place…I think these delivery people like to throw stuff around!

Good prompt customer service

Ordered some gummies 4 pots so a substantial amount. After a week I hadn’t received them so I got in contact, not expecting much help. However I was emailed back quite promptly and said they would look into it. Good old Evri had said they had tried to deliver but it had been refused! Total nonsense. I was promptly re sent my order, however not all of the items were available. I was given some complimentary gummies until my order could be fulfilled. Second order sent via Royal Mail and was delivered no problem. Good prompt customer service. Thank you.

Couldn’t recommend more!

I ordered both the gut health and snooze gummies and I’ve been so impressed. They arrived really quickly, and they taste delicious! In the short time I’ve been using them so far I’ve already noticed I’m less bloated and that I’m falling asleep faster. I can’t wait to see more improvements as I keep using them!

Great products, reasonable prices, fantastic service!

I have been purchasing from Yumi for almost 7 years now, they have a wide variety of products and those I have used work really well, prices are very reasonable and even better on subscription.
It has to be said there have been disruptions in services recently after a change of ownership and management, however they are recovering extremely well and going strong again.
The customer service has been second to none and a real credit to the company and its new CEO, you should be very proud Benoit!

Problem resolved in Jan 26- new CEO in charge

Same problem as others have mentioned. I used to order from this company on Amazon with no problems. As they no longer seemed to have the gummies in stock, I went via the company website. Placed an order on 28th October and the money went out of my account. Had a confirmation email but no goods were despatched. I emailed on 08 November to chase but no reply and now my emails bounce back and the company email is not recognised. I assume the company has gone into administration but a response would have been nice. I later received a full apology from the new CEO, who stated he was working hard to get things back on track, so I am prepared to try again in future.

I.ve used them in the past quite a few…

I.ve used them in the past quite a few times. Had a email 2 days ago for their melatonin and click on it and its not their site ,so why are emails still being sent out to buy when they gone out of business. In past they was great ,best gummies around buy from biovea now very fast delivery from them.
Good to know your back in business. Hopefully can get the melatonin from you now.

I ordered in September still no deliver and they don’t reply to emails and then they have the cheek to email me tonight with a buy 1 get 1 free on sleep gummies

I wanted to come on and update my review with what’s happened so far,
I have received my order from September and have had direct contact with the new owners of Yumi, he has apologised and explained what happened and has given a gesture. I think he has done everything he can to make amends, I understand this is after the fact but sometimes this can’t be helped.
Even after all of this I will still be be ordering from Yumi.

Awful customer service

I was a very loyal customer, and have ordered gummies lots of times with no issues. However I placed an order on 7th October for next day delivery, and still nothing. Have sent 5 email, no reply. However they have taken the money. Not happy atall.

Placed an order on the 7th October and have received nothing. Sent several emails however response back is from an automated message and have tried ringing but number is out of service. It would be good to get a response back as no idea what is going on and money has been taken out of account! I would not order anything from this website.
