Last minute rental
A last minute rental as Enterprise let me down & had no car. Kelly’s Letterkenny picked me up & took me to the garage. Had to download the app to complete the rental agreement. App a bit clunky but all worked in the end. Staff were very helpful & car was in excellent condition. Only negative that its impossible to pay to waive the 1500€ excess,

Excellent Availability , Choice of Vehicles, Customer Service
Yuko has a wide range of up to date vehicles available especially inner Dublin suburbs. be it an SUV , Van or City car. I'm never left stuck for the right vehicle. The only minus point i have found is that occasionally the Fuel cards supplied do not work at the garage and need Yuko Customer Service to sort out with the garage staff , but Yuko Support staff always available and helpful and never a big deal to sort. Overall Highly recommend.

El vehiculo se encontraba muy sucio. Denota dejadez. El exterior presentaba verdin en algunas partes y suciedad pegada; el interior muy sucio. Desagradable.
Continué el viaje porque no tenia opciones y ya tenia una cita programada sino hubiese dejado el vehiculo.
Es preocupante que si no supervisan estas cosas queda claro que otras cuestiones del vehiculo podrian estar tambien dejadas de lado.

no gps
The car has the screen that I’m sure it can connect to Apple CarPlay via Bluetooth but it just doesn’t have Apple CarPlay? It connects to the phone but only for like audio and taking calls etc which is useless. I had to drive checking Google Maps on my tiny phone screen on my lap (which is dangerous). Not providing GPS is ridiculous for a rental car. Gocar has it.
