Despite a drop in the sales market carlo found me a buyer and at a good price. More than other agents had quoted. He was always available to answer any queries I had and kept me well informed of developments.

We wanted to sell our house, so we made an appointment with Carlo. He was so helpful, polite, and friendly. Our house went on the market and had an offer within a week which we excepted. We were so happy. Everything is going smoothly. Any questions I have Carlo is always there to support us , we would fully recommend Your Key Move to anyone wanting to sell their house.

We were highly recommended to YOUR KEY MOVE from friends who recently sold their property with them and we haven't been dissapointed. From the first call to Carlo to actually closing the deal he was faultless. We had viewed a property and needed to get on the market asap and he came that evening producing the photos and the property was on the market within 2 days. Amazing experience! Talked to Carlo after a bad experience with a buyer though another agency and he went above and beyond to get our house listed in a matter of hours! Our experience with Your Key Move has been a very positive one indeed. We have found Carlo, James and David to be courteous and respectful but straight talking and, bottom line, efficient. We asked Carlo to come round and value our flat and this he duly did and gave us his opinion which, as it turned out, was bang on the money - literally - as we got what we wanted pricewise in a very short time, less than 24 hours. Photographs and 360 online viewing was carried out by their colleague, Suhail, who was extremely exacting and produced a superb online presentation which sold the flat without the buyers viewing it in person. They viewed a week later and confirmed their absolute commitment to buy. I don't see how we could better this experience and I know this as we are widely travelled due to our former occupations (we are now retired) and have been through the 'moving' experience many times. It should be remembered that this is an online agency and differs from the conventional in that you cannot 'walk' into an office or showroom but you can communicate via telephone and email/text and any calls we have made or emails/texts have been responded to in a timely fashion. I have no reservations whatsover in recommending Your Key Move.
