Having spent the previous 6 months plus with another agent, we switched to Your Move in Chester le Street to try to sell our house. We got a great listing set up by James Turner and sat down several times with Julia Williams to go through options, pricing, strategy. Julia was quite open and honest and very early on suggested maybe we go the auction route with our 5 bed 1850 cottage conversion. We did not initially go for it, got several people reeled in who pulled out at the last minute and then asked Julia to progress the auction route. This worked splendidly and we could not be happier. The house is sold and we have moved on to pastures new (USA). Your Move and Auction House worked great together in showing the house prior to auction and finally we got our sale. Thanks.

Found a house wanted to view through them. I had to get someone else to arrange the first viewing for me as I was working. They spoke to both of us when either of us contacted them, which not all companies do. They respected the sellers property. It has undergone a lot of decorating, new carpets etc and it was a shoes off to view which was good to see. More than happy to arrange a second viewing and tied this in with another property of theirs we were going to look at but was stc before we could.

I've bought 5 houses and sold 2 over the years, and I have to say that I have always been very critical of estate agents based on my experience. That changed this most recent time dealing with Your Move (Doncaster) and Emily in particular who was acting on behalf of the seller (I was the buyer). She was proactive throughout, always chasing and communicating where we were in the process, and I ended up completing in half the time than I did on my previous property as a result. Anyone looking to sell their home would be in good hands at Your Move, anyone I dealt with from initial viewings through to collecting the keys were great!

So far in the selling process, I have received very good communication with the agents. I have been informed of every viewing and any subsequent offers and advising me with their professional guidance.

Tried fife properties and they are crap spoke to the girls in your move offices they were great spoke to Stewart and the rest is history

The Girls in the Wigton branch, are great they are helpful , understanding and have all the time in the world for you even though they are very busy.Would recomend to anyone moving.

We have been engaging with Your Move for several months now and have found those we have dealt with to be knowledgeable about the area we are interested in and professional in every way. The representatives provided recommendations regarding aspects of the moving process that we took on board.

Scott has rang us a couple of times & has been very efficient.

I need to change my mind about the auction company’s conveyancing team . They are so difficult to speak to apart from the receptionist who is very helpful if you can get through.
They sent me ID documents at 2am on a Saturday which needed a code to access the documents but only aware that you had to phone them but not available until Monday 9 am
It’s also taken them nearly 2 weeks to question if some important documents had been sent. Still awaiting a response after replying 5 days ago.
Losing a lot of confidence with this side of the proceedings.
So far so good.
Very approachable and professional.
We chose to use their auction site and was quite involved initially but we were led through the process and a sale has been agreed but yet to complete.
