Very well organised, ran on time, excellent track. Great feedback from the instructors. Kids are very keen to do this again in the near future.

My 16 year old daughter did 2 x 60 min sessions in one day and then a few weeks later did the skills event at Dunsfold Aerodrome. Both were very well run and great value. The Dunsfold skills event was exceptionally good. They got to learn motorway speed driving on a massive runway, so very safe and low pressure. Highly recomend these courses. We've had 3 different instructors and all were very good (kind, great feedback), even at the end of a hot day.

They provided the incorrect map link on the confirmation email, which takes you to a location over 20 minutes away. Therefore we arrived late and were unable to do a full lesson. They have doubled down and refused to acknowledge they provided incorrect information even with the proof provided. After requesting a call back on numerous occasions they have not called back and refused to provide a replacement lesson and simply a voucher which would not cover a full lesson. I would therefore have to pay again for the service we didn’t receive in the first place. Extremely disappointing customer service! We were planning to go back however with the way we were treated, we won’t be returning! I would not recommend!

My 15 year old son enjoyed this experience so much, great instructor, lots of time driving and learnt basic skills. Venue was really impressive too (Aintree race course) and ideal for this experience. Would totally recommend this experience.

Excellent environment for young drivers.
The instructors were good with there feed back and my daughter loved the experience.

The staff had a great attitude with the young people. I can't believe that after one lesson my 12 year old son can drive a manual car. Amazing. And he REALLY enjoyed it. Building skills and confidence for the future too.

Bought online friendly reminders, good directions, team members on site were very very warm and helpful, my daughter was a small 11 yr old and quite nervous the lady instructor Karen was brilliant with her and in minutes had a complete novice driver pulling away and driving. Amazing absolutely amazing will be back again. Cars are all very new clean tidy and well presented

Zainab is a great instructor. Patient, thorough and engaging. The booking team is fab.

Easy to find the location and the instructions are given by dedicated instructors 10 out of ten .
Booking was easy over the phone even when cancelling two appointments that were booked and paid for, and he booking team managed to resell them and that allowed my granddaughter to rebook for further lessons with no extra cost.
Staff at the centre were very helpful and friendly and the instructor was very friendly and helpful with his comments regarding the lesson…

Instructors need to be nicer on drivers

Got this for my Sons birthday who had no experience of driving a car at all he didn’t even know where the brake was and was quite nervous. By the he had used gears he did reverse parking and was driving around with confidence. He said his instructor gave him clear instructions which gave him the confidence to drive.

Great experience. Easy to book online. Good venues. Lots of discounts offered. Four lessons in and my 11 year old is driving a manual car independently, able to manoeuvre, hill start, park, manage roundabouts and junctions. The instructors are fantastic, patient and friendly.

I booked a session with young driver for my grandson to give him a tasty of what is required to learn to drive. The session was conducted professionally and was very rewarding, my grandson enjoyed every minute and has a lot more confidence and would like to have more drives.

Excellent! Both my kids came back saying how much fun they had had in the 1 hour driving session. They loved it and want to do it again. Instructors were very kind, polite and helpful and really built up confidence. Excellent feedback after the session as well.

Utterly disappointed.

I booked this for my granddaughters 14th birthday. We paid for the in car camera recording.

The instructor was 7 minutes late and called out the wrong number. Had we not been attentive to his error we would have waited even longer. He then spent another 5 or so minutes on his phone in the car trying to locate the in car camera mount.

The lesson finished on the hour so as not to be late for the next child, we had around 15 minutes lost from our drive !

The car camera mount was not found and no recording took place. My granddaughters grandma couldn't make the journey due to poor health, this was one of the reasons we opted for the recording as well as being able to look back on the day in the future, capturing that first moment.

This was denied us due to really poor organisation. What should have been a happy day was soured by this lack of attention to detail.

I talked to one of the company reps at the end to explain what happened and I was told that she would take care of the £19 refund, which could take upto 7 days.

As I leave this review 11 days later, no refund has been given and no email apology for their lack of providing a service we requested.

So, if you have a complete lack of regard for your child's happiness, if you don't really care about the finer details, if you're nonchalant when it comes to companies not following up on their promises, then by all means book with these people.

If however, you do care, then book elsewhere.

My grandson has now had 6 of these experiences and he was buzzing after everyone he really liked Austin his instructor my grandson said he explained things very clearly how to do and why he loved all the lessons

Very well run and organised, my 10 year old Grandson really enjoyed it. Dave his instructor was very professional and put him at ease. I have booked more lessons and would highly recommend!
