Staff I spoke with was very calm and clearly explained things to me despite my being angry about my bill. Shahid sorted my worries and gave me the opportunity to trust Yorkshire waters.

They charge us all £75 for rain on your roof
They charge us all £75 a year for rain on your roof, check your bill for top water, they mix this water and claim it "needs treating" its a scam!!! It leaves my property un-mixed then somehow I have to pay for treatment of this CLEAN water, its a scam!

I had to ring Yorkshire Water today with a query regarding my bill.
The young lady for customer service was extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. I usually hate having to ring any services but today the phone was answered promptly and I could understand clearly everything that was said to me. It was a pleasure for once.
