Absolutely appalled, I ordered from.Hong Kong Chinese In Kuşadası. I ordered chicken noodles. I put a note on to say I am allergic to mushrooms very severely. The order arrived thankfully I checked all mushrooms, maybe 4 pieces of the smallest chicken you can imagine. Contacted them immediately on yemeksepeti, assumed they would get someone to bring correct order. Oh no 50tl refund then chat closed. It cost me 422tl for this , I sent them photos I've tried again today to say I am not willing to accept the 50tl . The item is still in the bag uneaten. They do not care and cut chat immediately. As for hong Kong substitution of mushrooms is obviously cheaper than using chicken- never again. I will use other agencies in Kuşadası that deliver food.

I ordered food yesterday from popeyes and the order never came, when i talked to the costumer service they blocked me and the guy was so rude.
I have been ordering food for my whole life and this was the worst experience.
They didn't even give me cashback, I consider this a criminal act and they should be held account for it, the problem isn't money the problem is how they treat their own clients.

So many times its missing food, wrong food, and the agent in chat just close the conversation. Get payed WAY to little back for so much food i didnt recive. I Guess im stupide that did try again and again and hoped for something better!

YemekSepeti is one of the worst apps you could possibly use, and here’s why.

At first glance, everything seems fine—but God help you if anything goes wrong. Their support is absolutely terrible. The agents show up in chat, but they don’t solve anything. Instead, they just create a ticket and pass you off to someone else, promising a resolution "later." Spoiler: that "later" never comes.

If you cancel an order, need changes, or face a delivery issue, you’re completely screwed. Support is useless—no feedback, no solutions, just endless frustration.

And don’t even get me started on their couriers. Half of them seem completely incompetent—delivering to the wrong address, ignoring instructions, or just being outright stupid. I have no idea how this company hires such clueless people, but it’s a disaster waiting to happen.

If you enjoy wasting your time, money, and sanity, go ahead and use YemekSepeti. Otherwise, stay far away. This app is a joke.

Absolutely rubbish company, it’s fine until they get something wrong, wrong order forget about getting your money back or even then taking responsibility they will just cut you off! Avoid this rubbish company!

This disgusting app charged me for orders in Turkey when I never received them. It's 2024 and everything is in Turkish and nothing is in English. You would think that most companies especially with large tourism would have everything in English for better business. There isn't even an option to change anything to English to make things readible for UK customers which is how they make their money. Their drivers steal food and pretend that they only take cash. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AS I LOST ALOT OF MONEY IN TURKEY using this stupid and pathetic app.

DONT BE TEMPTED TO USE THIS APP.

Biggest scammers !this application should be closed !!! I would like to post the conversation with the help center. Telling me this is normal here and not it's there problem. But am gonna insure everybody gonna see this !! Guies uninstall this application if we do it together in big numbers they will close it !!

You cant even order food if you not have a turket number, and im not from here very bad

No refund of the money for missing item. Can't get any person to support. The automatic support doesn't answer anything. Cancelation of orders without any reason.

I have ordered KFC through the app, and what I received was completely different. It didn’t include the pure and the onion rings as advertised on the website, and the drink was also incorrect. We paid extra to add cheese and the burgers are jokes, I didn’t know if this was a prank because I couldn’t believe it. I contacted Yemeksepeti live chat advisor and not only she wasn’t able to assist, but she closed the chat on me. She insisted that the food needs to be intact so they can collect it, bearing in mind that the restaurant was closed and prior chatting to them, we already tried to call the restaurant, therefore we didn’t have a choice only eating what we have.

Took 2 hours to deliver. I had to cancel my order.

Never refund my money after they sent food for my daughter WHO COULD NOT EAT CHICKEN, She took a bite and thank god realized, she could of easly become VERY SICK, never refund, never even emailed me back, wrote a review and they would not post it!! Used them for about 15 years, too many issues with them lately, customer service RUDE AND USELESS.

I am waiting for 2 hours for a meal and cannot cancel it. So I think they are ok with this. Let's see if my food will have arrived by tomorrow! Thank you!

Don't bother

Ordered food, wrong items arrived, was told to keep the items so it can be collected and replaced

Threw the food in the trash after 2 days of no collection and exchange and now refusing to give a refund

Not the first time I have had issues so won't be using again
