Yemeksepeti ile yaşadığım en kötü deneyimlerden biri. Sipariş verdim, ücretini ödedim ancak siparişim bana hiç teslim edilmedi. Daha sonra müşteri hizmetleriyle iletişime geçtim fakat sorunumu çözmediler ve paramın iadesi konusunda da düzgün bir çözüm sunmadılar.

Sonuç olarak paramı ödedim, siparişimi alamadım ve müşteri hizmetlerinden de hiçbir sonuç alamadım. Hem hizmet kalitesi hem de müşteri desteği açısından tamamen hayal kırıklığı.

Bir müşteriden ödeme alıyorsanız ve sipariş teslim edilmiyorsa, müşterinin parasını bekletmek veya çözüm sunmamak kabul edilebilir bir durum değildir.

Çok kötü hizmet, çok kötü müşteri desteği ve sıfır çözüm. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.

Teslimat biraz gecikti ama kurye kibardı. Geliştirilebilir.

Application à éviter, 50 minutes pour être livré et au dernier moment commande annulée, bug répétition, produit indisponible qu'on apprend par hasard et lorsque l'on veut ajouter quelque chose dans le même restaurant c'est impossible alors que la commande est encore en préparation, pareil on veut annuler la commande bizarrement l'écran en question est inaccessible.

Be avoid food service, they dont have customer service, it tooks me half an hour to refund equest for my order

Good selection of restaurants but the customer service is really disappointing. If something goes wrong it is hard to do anything about it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Yemeksepeti. The delivery was extremely late and the food arrived cold. Customer service was not helpful at all and it was very difficult to get a proper response. The app looks nice but the service quality does not match the expectations. I will definitely think twice before ordering again.

Their service and delivery is TERRIBLE. Won’t recommend at all.

Their customer service is horrible. They dont provide refund for mistakes in your order.

Horrible customer support, extremely bad delivery service and zero accountability for their mistakes. You will have to use this service as sometimes it's the only option, but avoid at all costs when you can.

Eng: Yesterday I ordered meal to pay at the door. I paid and opened, turned out totally wrong and cheap meal came. I contacted support and they did not give my money back nor with any coupons or something. I just wanted to give wrong order back and take my money. They scammed my money. Give my money back or I will sue you, I have SS of customer service as well.
TR: Dün akşam verdiğim sipariş tamamen yanlış gelmesine ve desteğe bağlanmama rağmen. İade talebimi yanıtsız bırakıp iademi gerçekleştirmediler. Paramı gasp ettiler. Derhal paramı geri verin yoksa hukuki sürece başvuracağım. Canlı destek konuşmaları kayıtları elimde.

They charged me 30$ twice for groceries ( total of 60$ ) and when I asked the delivery driver he said "nono we serious company we don't do that" idiot scammers. I contacted support instead of refunding me WITH PROOF OF SCREENSHOTS OF MY CARD CHARGE they gave me 100Lira, which is a 2-3 dollar coupon that I can only use IF I PURCHASE AGAIN. Idiotic scammers, shit support.

I tried today to complete an order and tried several times to make the payment with 3 different cards !
Didn't work ! Finally I gave up and called the local kebab shop and explained that I want to pay at the door , my order went threw and I paid at the door !
I want to know the reason why I couldn't save my CC or debit cards in the app? All cards are active for international payments!
I am using them in TR ALWAYS!

I lost my cupon because I left the app. I left the app because the order button was bugged out. I can't even connect to a live help. It just automaticly leads me to dumb AI. Overall lame and ugly experience.
