Excellent customer service
I called them to check delivery times for a couple of velux blinds. They answered the call straight away and advised ot the correct lead time. They even arrived earlier. Definitely will buy from them again.

Hassle free experience. Ordered a roof window and flashing at the start of a week, given a delivery date for the end of the week. It was delivered on date given. Great experience and very good price (cheaper than manufacturer). Will definitely use yarddirect again.

Excellent Yard Direct
We were looking for Velux windows and blinds, Yard Direct were very helpful, the quote was very competitive.
We placed an order and received the windows and blinds as expected. Once windows were fitted we realised the blinds would be very difficult to use, Yard Direct were very helpful again, allowing us to return the blinds and purchase the solar powered blinds even though it had been 3-4 months since the original order.
We would highly recommend Yard Direct because of the excellent service.
