An amazing scooter for my son's 9th birthday. He loves the colour and size of the wheels.

Although I never revieved my parcel due to evri courier company you made things so easy in issuing a return and refund! Ive used your store many times but I do think you need to change your courier company! They are causing you alot of unnecessary costs because of non delivered items!!

Brought for my ten year old he loves it …fast delivery … easy to build

Easy to purchase, came superfast in a convenient box, relatively easy to attach the scooter handle, kids love them - what more could you want!

Delivery was prompt and everything as it should be.

Happy grandchildren at Christmas, I ordered 4 from Amazon and 2 directly from Xootz, however 1 cart was missing a part and I couldn’t tell who I’d made the order through, some of the boxes were damaged but I ordered another one and all six of the older grandchildren have fantastic fun, three speeds, a hand brake and adjustable seat for different ages, 15 minutes to unbox and build, the grandchildren’s age range from 5 years to 11 years and the 11 year old is just over 5 foot tall so they suit all ages perfectly, good study carts and would highly recommend

I hadn’t heard about this site before however I am so glad I did. I managed to get one of the best electric cars for my son’s birthday in the sale. The delivery company had damaged it upon arrival and the company was fast to rectify this issue. I couldn’t figure out how to get something working completely my fault and the company phoned to try help. I highly recommend them this sort of customer service is what you want when purchasing. The car is amazing and my son is super happy.

Very disappointed. Spent hours assembling the go kart to find the seat was cracked at the bottom. Emailed and sent photos to xootz and to ask they send me a new seat. Unfortunately they can’t do that. I have to take apart and box up and take a day off work and wait for them to collect. I then asked what will happen then? To the reply of a refund or if they have stock a replacement. Surly to send me a seat would make more sense?

Well made scooter. My daughter is very happy with it. Have put a few scooters together for friends in the past and this was the easiest. Nice design and well manufactured

Delivery was delayed
When I got the item it was not working

Did not deliver as promised guaranteed Christmas delivery…. & still have not received my refund

It’s the first time buying directly from Xootz and I’m so glad we did! Our sons go cart was delivered super fast and it was cheaper than anywhere else plus we received an additional 10% off as a new customer. Great quality product and fab service! Cant thank them enough!

Super fast delivery, great little bike, easy to set up, son loves it, charge lasts a good hour or so depending. Wish it was a little faster but kids love it!

Unfortunately I cant say Im impressed. Our order was placed on 19th December and delivered on 29th. Apparently this is within expectations for Scotland- no sign or advisory on this at time of order. The item we bought was delivered broken and Ive now waited 2 days for a response from
Xoots on arranging a replacement.

Xoots responded 4 days ago.to inform us that a replacement is wbeing arranged, which is good- habing to dispose of the broken one ourselves is not so good. Still.awaiging arrival of replacement fingers crossed its okay!

Item not received. Extremely disappointed as I ordered for my daughter as a Christmas present.

Left too late to get another and it was my daughters wish for a bumper car. Had a very upset girl Christmas Day!

Was not overly impressed with the tools provided. We’re not correct fitting and damaged bolts etc slightly when using. Almost impossible to use given situation of some bolts/nuts. Scooter perfect. Better tool would be preferable

Set it up and the moto is making the wheel spin bqckwards

Easy to assemble, sturdy trike in a cheerful green colour. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved it, as did her three year old cousin.

I ordered the cyclone power drifter for my son for Xmas and half the parts are missing! He was so upset!
