I love Wyndy! It gives you great babysitting experience and you get to meet all different types of families that you can use for references and also use them for future Jobs! My major in college is human development and family studies and this also helps me learn a lot about kids as I work and play with them!! They have a great Wyndy support system and the Wyndy team is there for whatever you might need!

They know they are trying to scam you by charging 19/month without telling you. Beware this website, it is not worth it.

Wyndy is a small company where every single person who works there is concerned about the safety of both parents and their children and sitters. All parents can be rated and the company is immediately notified if a parent gets a low rating. Everyone in the company communicates when a sitter or parent is not upholding company standards, While not every sitter may be perfect, the company genuinely tries to make sure every single person using the app has a safe and positive experience.

Terrible customer service. They charge you $19/month for "background checks", but make it impossible to cancel the subscription even when you have never booked a job through them. Make sure the app is popular in your area or you are going to get charged monthly for nothing! I wouldn't recommend signing up at all.

Posting jobs on Linkedin, promoting with high potential earnings. Make your go through setting up an account with answering supplemental questions all to finally be hit with a mandatory background check subscription at $19/month.

Customer service here is very lacking. I have been trying to contact them, via their email, for over a week. Finally got a short reply and no explanation behind the reply. Replied for an explanation and now 3 days later still no reply from them. So 5 emails on my side, 1 on theirs. That doesn't say anything good about their customer service to me, at all.

Awful app. Sitters not fully vetted. Sitters steal, invite boyfriends/girlfriends over to have sex while on the job, ignore the kids they are sitting, verbally abuse the kids, etc. All the company does is pacify parents by throwing discounts at them. This doesn't fix the problem. I've also been told by a few sitters that they do not feel safe using Wyndy since parents are not vetted AT ALL. Anyone can create a 'parent' account if they want to lure a young college student over to their house and Wyndy doesn't do anything to stop this or protect their sitters.
