Leidy Rodriguez was very helpful and friendly. She also went out of her way to triple check why I was not able to submit my reimbursement. She even followed up with me almost a week later with an update. Very quick responses and she remembered me and my problem. That is excellent customer service.

I used TOOTRiS through my husband's Sponsored Child Care Program. It provides an extensive network of licensed child care providers, including daycare, babysitters, preschool, etc. The customer service team (shout-out to Luis) is very friendly and helpful during the assistance. We had great experience using the platform, and will recommend to our friend to have childcare needs too.

Let me start with… I NEVER do reviews. I felt compelled to do one this time because it was such a great experience. I’ve owned my daycare for over 30 years. I never felt so welcomed and cared for as a daycare provider by programs that advertise daycares and help parents pay for their tuition. The process was so simple, they walked me through step by step and had me up and running in just a few days. AMAZING!

User friendly set-up & payments. The communication with our representative was prompt and attentive. It was very easy to create and set up our account with her guidance and payments are processing like clockwork.

The APP works great, it is a wonderful way to find and enrollinto the child care program you want.

It says childcare but we used to find an afterschool program in Houston that supported our longer hours. New HR benefit for 2024 from my transit company. I talked to their support a few times, its nice they were able to help on a Sunday nobody does that anymore!!! Thanks

This was given to our company as a new benefit for 2024 and I just finally got around to using it. I access through a portal, and it shows me child care programs in my area. Anyone in SC knows there's not a lot around but surprisingly we were actually able to find a program that picked our daughter up from school and kept her in the center until either my wife or I grabbed it. The process from start to finish took about a week and my company is covering some of the costs (about 25%). There's a mobile app but I havent used it.
