Honestly if I were to use my own words…

Honestly if I were to use my own words freely this review would be deleted. So ill try to be civil.

Ive never seen a more incompetent, fraudulent, unhelpful, deceitful company. Buying a shirt should be a simple process but somehow they cant even get that right.

I bought a (very expensive) shirt and paid $13 extra shipping fees, the shirt was to be delivered in 7-10 business days. Fast forward to 6 WEEKS! since the order was placed i came to find out I need to pay an extra $20.31 to customs. Nothing in their website say I should pay extra charge for customs if im ordering outside Europe. The shirt costs $53 (after sale), delivery costs $13, and now customs costs $20. $90 for a simple shirt that is a month delayed. Contacted support and of course they said they dont care.

Avoid this company at all costs, disputing the charge.

Best shirt design while supporting a great cause

I honestly have no idea where the bad reviews came from. I ordered my shirt on Saturday, it was shipped on Monday and I received it on Tuesday. The quality and thickness of the shirt is absolutely insane. The design is beautiful and I absolutely cannot wait to wear it. Will definitely order from you guys again. Thank you for supporting a good cause. 🇵🇸🍉

Komplette Abzocke

Es ist unglaublich was für eine Abzocke hier betrieben wird. Ich habe ein paar Dinge bestellt (9.7.). 3-4 Wochen später war immer noch nichts geliefert und ich habe Kontakt zum Unternehmen aufgenommen. Am 23. wurde mir gesagt, dass das Paket innerhalb einer Woche versendet werden soll. Eine Woche später war immer noch keine Versandinformation in meinem Postkasten. Ich habe gebeten die Bestellung zu stornieren. Diese Emails wurden ignoriert. Am 1.8. kam die Versandmitteilung. Ich habe die Artikel sobald sie da waren, retourniert. Jetzt warte ich seit dem 14.8. darauf, dass mein Geld zurück erstattet wird.

Commande effectuée le 9 juin absolument rien reçu et je réclame le remboursement sans gain de cause c’est tout simplement du vol
