All I ever wanted was a fitted wardrobe for my spare bedroom. This experience has been terrible. My initial appointment in February was some 2 plus hours, to be measured and designed. I received some spiel about ordering more than one unit to get better discount and was initially shown a plan with 2 bedside cabinets which I did not need, my husband joined the appointment said we did not need them and they were quickly taken off plan 🥴 We visited the actual showroom 2 days later, saw the colour, style etc in it entirety, not just a panel nd chose different handles to which we paid extra to the quote. We were originally told a date of middle of March but then an email received stated 09/04/26. I emailed twice and said we would be away, no response received so arranged for my mum to be here. Installing day came, as I was boarding the plane my mum rang in a panic as the Wren fitters had arrived and it could not be done as per the plan as we would not be able to open a door!! I had to go with what they were recommending as a solution. She my mum sent a picture of the near finished article, I saw the handles were the wrong ones and indeed it wasn’t exactly fitted. She said she had also had to ring and pay a further £88 for a side panel to be ordered. I rang from holiday to the branch and said I was really unhappy with it all, the wrong handles and it did not look fitted. Also they charge you to take the packaging away!!! I never received a response only an email advising of a delivery on the 24 th, to date I do not know what this is. I have not received any reply to my email to the manager complaining. I have an unfinished standalone wardrobe with the wrong handles, 3 unopened boxes?? An office full of packaging and a spare bedroom full of clothes since February. Awful experience all told.
14/05/26 - Update: Despite having a complaints handler I still have not had this resolved, I have had further items delivered currently stored and blocking a room,’stuff’ in another bedroom, the wardrobe has not changed and as they could not get hold of the first installer to come back they suggested I try!!!

2). Your customer care adviser Kai, extremely patient, quick to understand the problem and come up with a solution. Despite being cut off with a poor mobile / phone signal he managed to contact me back and see things through.
3). The delivery guys ( 2 brothers) on time , polite and hard working carrying everything up a drive. Well done!

I would not recommend Wren based on my experience.
I was initially told that my kitchen installation would take five days, but the process ended up taking over 10 weeks. During this time, I was left living with only half a functional kitchen, which was extremely disruptive.
There were multiple serious errors from the outset. The designer ordered the wrong worktop, incorrect quartz wall panels, and the wrong sink. To make matters worse, the design was altered after I had signed the contract, without my knowledge or consent, which was evidenced and I was compensated. Fortunately, I had email evidence of the agreed specifications, which meant they ultimately had to supply and install the quartz I had originally signed for. Unfortunately I had to pay an extra £200 for the sink though, despite not receiving what I ordered, as this wasn't stated in any email correspondence , only face-to-face. The designer paid no due diligence to the job. My online account and design print were both unusable due to the number of inaccuracies, which was also commented on by the contractors working for them.
When I visited the showroom to raise concerns, the staff supported me and presented concerns about the designer in question, which gave me the impression this may not have been an isolated issue. I was also told that email correspondence had not been logged in line with their own procedures, which only added to the confusion and frustration, with a member of staff commenting that "it was conveniently left off my design account". This made the situation feel disorganised and concerning
The overall customer service process was extremely poor. I had to repeat the same issues more than 10 times to different members of staff, with little sense of ownership or accountability. Once the order had been secured, communication and support significantly declined. I was never able to speak with the showroom manager, despite my requests.
Even the contractors installing the kitchen expressed surprise at the level of service I had received, suggesting that these issues were not isolated and they proposed I make a formal complaint, which has since been dismissed by Wren, because they believe it has been resolved since I received the quartz they incorrectly ordered. They dismissed the inconvenience caused, stress and increased financial burden due to misleading information provided in the showroom.
The only positive aspect of this experience was the installation team themselves, who were professional, empathetic, and did an excellent job under difficult circumstances.
Unfortunately, due to the overall experience, I would not consider using Wren again.
Significant delays, incorrect orders, and poor communication made this a very stressful experience.

I would highly recommend Wren! I don't usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to write one for Wren, as I am absolutely over the moon with my new kitchen! My designer Samantha from Lincoln has been outstanding! She has guided me, and been with me throughout the full experience. I couldn't decide on colours, and have made so many changes. Yet she has been so patient and nothing has been too much. She understood the importance of getting it right, and even showed me how to save money here and there. I am so happy and the result is even better than I could ever imagine! The quality is superb and delivery team were fantastic! Thank you Wren and especially thank you Samantha at Lincoln showroom. I highly recommend going to Wren and highly recommend Samantha.

We ordered our complete new kitchen from Wren in Lincoln,the staff in store are excellent however the after sales service is appalling.
We have a black quartz composite sink and taps fitted the draining board has water marked so we have water drops marks all over the draining board.As it has a life time warranty and the sink was only 20 months old we thought it would be replaced under the lifetime guarantee,however we have had nothing but problems with Wren customer service. We were first told to go directly to the supplier we know the contract of purchase is with Wren but we did contact the supplier who told us they do not deal with the customer directly and to go back to Wren which we did,this was two months ago and we still have no new sink/draining board. We were told we have used the wrong cleaner (we only use washing liquid as we have a dish washer)which is strange as the sink hasn't got water marks just the draining board,when we told this to Wren they said we can't leave anything wet on the draining board and we have to dry it after every use!!! It's called a draining board so you should be able to leave items to drain on a draining board. The latest from Wren is for good will they will replace the sink/draining board but we have to have it fitted ourselves we do not want to do this as if anything else goes wrong with the kitchen they will say the 25 year warranty is void as we have had the sink fitted by a independent. Given that so far we have had to have a kitchen cupboard replaced as it couldn't hold any weight we have had cupboard doors dropping and the integrated fridge door was catching we don't want tobtake the risk.we know things can go wrong but it's how they are rectified that makes the difference and so far we have had nothing but problems. We paid thirteen thousand( this is with a forty percent discount). for this kitchen and we are still battling to get a sink drainer replaced. Message to Wren, don't give something a life time guarantee that's not supported by your customer service staff,also this faulty sink has been assessed by a picture no one from Wren has been out to inspect it. Please do not go to Wren as they are great at taking your money but leave you hanging when there is a problem.

We bought our new kitchen from Wren because we had bought one for a previous property and were very impressed with the quality of their units.
The experience we’ve had this time around has been brilliant from going in to design and order through to delivery.
The communication is first class and the new app a great addition.
Our designer, Kian was very knowledgeable and patient to go through all the options with us.
The guy that measured up (Wayne?) was nice and the two guys that delivered the kitchen, Callum & Will were great too, very efficient.

Wren really have their services fine tuned with everything from the showrooms through to their delivery being top notch. Their staff know their business and we could not fault them from Tia in the Lincoln store through to the 2 delivery guys. All great, helpful and courteous. This is our 2nd experience with Wren and would recommend to anyone.

We have just had our Wren kitchen installed - purchased from the Lincoln store. We have nothing but fantastic feedback to give about Wren. Kelvin and Carlos, who designed the kitchen with us, were head and shoulders above the other companies we spoke to. Their knowledge and experience was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble.
The kitchen itself is exceptional quality and the delivery and design notes that Wren provided for the fitter were excellent.
All in all, we would highly recommend Wren to design your kitchen. We would give them 6 stars if we could.

I would not recommend Wren Kitchens at Lincoln! When buying a kitchen they are all sweetness and light but their after-sales are atrocious! We have got a problem with the work top as it leaves grease and water marks! All we want is for someone to come out and give us some advice but that's too much for Wren!

I have ordered the 3rd kitchen with Wren. Don't know how it works somewhere else, but Lincoln is the best place to be, according to my experience over 8 years.
Claire Smith, the manager, due to her attitude, customer satisfaction orientated, made us coming back, again and again.
Recently, I have purchased and has been delivered also a bedroom.
Her team, and I have worked with a few om them, Chris, John and lately Ben, are highly qualified, to offer me/you the best option for a good disegned and cost effective kitchen.
Love you all, my houses are looking fabulous because of your work. I have added value to my properties thank to you.

Absolutely terrible! We had a wall knocked down and gave some new measurements as we had to have a steal put in, the measurements weren’t acted on and so we got a larder unit and fridge freezer that wouldn’t fit due to the steel in the wall and ceiling. We was asked to pay £190 for a larger side panel to hide the steel, which was never going to fit as we didn’t realise the measurements weren’t changed which we didn’t know till delivery. We had to argue for atleast a week, send several images of the same thing before we finally got the new units of a smaller height, as they said we weren’t offered a re measure which we should have done. Now the new units have come and the kitchen fitter has come back we have realised the larder unit is way too wide, for us to have the profile on the side like the design it will stick over the door frame, so the initial measurements were not even correct as looking at the design the cupboard should easily clear the door way. So we now have a fridge freezer with a profile either side and a larder unit with only one profile so it looks stupid! We are so fed up, for the money we have paid it’s been a complete disaster also the washing machine didn’t fit in the cupboard according to the plan we’ve had to have a new door ordered so the kitchen fitter can tweak it, a decor panel that was delivered also didn’t fit. Customer service were hard work, asking for the same information over and over again, on hold for 45mins on average every time you try ringing.

Having spent thousands on a new kitchen and utility room about two years ago,when we decided to have the boiler fitted outside we wanted to replace the boiler cupboard with a normal sized wall cupboard, went into Lincoln showroom and spoke to the salesman and told him what we were going to do and he said no problem. When the new cupboard arrived it was still the same height as the old boiler cupboard. Wren investigated and decided we were at fault and would have to buy another cupboard. Cost us a lot of money for as we see it was there fault. Don't touch them with a barge pole because if it goes wrong, they don't want to know. Terrible attitude

My kitchen is beautiful and the quality is amazing. Thank you to Wren Lincoln and my Designer. She was very patient with us throughout the full process. I couldn't decide on colours and we had several design options. My Designer guided us along the way in such a professional manner. The experience we received from Wren was by far superior to their Competitors. We are so pleased with our Kitchen and would recommend Wren to everyone! Thank you for everything.
