Good customer service
Spoke to Bethanie last week Friday regarding a refund that I hadn’t received and queried some surplus items. We agreed on a video call on Monday, 17th as I was tight on time. Bethanie called me as promised and went through each item with me. Not only did she solve the confusion with my refund. She also took the time to go through the other items with me and arranged for a refund as a gesture of goodwill. She was polite professional efficient and friendly and I’ve already received a refund for one of the items so many thanks, Bethanie much appreciated.

Bedroom furniture was of high standard
Although there was a bit of delay in ordering our bedroom furniture as there was a back log with not having a fitter, we did eventually have a delivery date. Delivery was excellent then following week the fitter contacted us and arrived next day. They both worked all day in one bedroom then returned next day to complete the second room. The standard of fitting, communication and slight changes that was necessary was complex to a very high standard. I have no problems in coming back to have my third room also renewed. Thank you

Customer service on the phone.
I recently contacted wren customer service for a replacement cabinet for my kitchen. I went back and forth for 3 weeks, with explaining what is required and at first was just sent a door, than sent set of emails with instructions, confirmations, and payments, but not sure what was to come. I was nearly disappointed with the customer service. Finally got in contact with Lauren Jade who did not only understand my frustration but also offered to compensate with the free delivery of the unit I needed. I especially would like to thank Lauren for her understanding.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Avoid at all costs, and go local. Supplied several incorrect parts for our kitchen, measured and cut completely wrong and unwilling to compensate or provide new units for a month - leaving me without a kitchen. Customer service absolutely shocking -don't be lured in by their marketing.
In response to Wren's reply - the compensation offered is £300, not enough to cover a day from my kitchen fitter. The additional work is going to take at least an additional 2. I have paid for the time they couldn't work as a result of your mistake. And yes, you've supplied the units I have actually paid for, not the wrong ones you sent - so this isn't 'free of charge' it is the very basics you'd expect, to receive the goods you've paid for...

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your experience. However, we’d like to clarify a few points regarding your review.
Your worktop and replacement unit are currently on order for delivery on 20/08, rather than being due in a month’s time. As these items are made to order, different products can have different manufacturing lead times, and our team has worked to ensure that they are delivered to you as soon as possible.
As this was a supply-only order, we always recommend that customers complete a pre-fit check with their chosen installer to confirm all measurements and requirements before installation. This check is included as part of our Installation Service and is an important step in helping to ensure the installation runs smoothly.
Despite the order being supply-only, our team has provided a replacement unit free of charge and has also offered to cover the fitting costs as a goodwill gesture to help resolve the issues raised.
We have also passed your comments to our management team for review, so they can look into the concerns you have raised regarding your experience and the service provided.

9 months after installation we were…
9 months after installation we were experiencing a problem with the tap that Wren had installed. I phoned the installation team and spoke with Lyndsay. She was so helpful and knew what the problem was immediately.
She ordered replacement.ent parts straight away, which we received the following day. Very impressed. Thank you Lyndsay

We had an excellent delivery experience…
We had an excellent delivery experience from Wren thanks to Ben and John. They were efficient, polite, knowledgeable and arrived exactly on time. Despite delivering to a first‑floor apartment, they never complained, never struggled and never rushed. Just got on with the job professionally and with a great attitude.
A brilliant set of lads and a credit to Wren. Highly recommend their service.
