I placed my order 15th Feb and was given the earliest date available for fitting on 29th June. I paid in full for the kitchen and Wrens fitting service. This week, their fitter invoiced me almost £2500 for the ‘additional’ work of moving sockets, the sink plumbing and tiling. The invoice requested 50% to be paid upfront if the quote was accepted (even though I’d be supplying the tiles and grout) and had personal bank account details in a ladies name. This was a red flag. Then I get a further message this morning from a different number. I was extremely worried and concerned by this so I contacted Wren. The manager called and said I could wait until the end of September for a new fitter or cancel the order and have a refund. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I cancelled as there is no way to know that the same thing won’t happen again. If they’d said they would try and fit sooner, or offer a free tap for the trouble, I’d have been happy, but they didn’t seem bothered. I’ve booked appointments with Wren and B&Q now, and hopefully I’ll get a better service

I spoke to Joseph this afternoon regarding a few concerns that I had about parts and fitting and I found him to be very helpful indeed, he arranged a zoom call with me so he could see the issues I had for himself, he had the patience to talk me through them more than once, his help was very much appreciated, thank you, Barrie Liddiard

My experience with Wren has been excellent from start to finish. My experience in the showroom in Cardiff Gate with Aidan was so smooth and he helped me find solutions to all the issues as they cropped up. I went with Wren fitters and Kevin and his team did an excellent job, any damaged pieces were replaced and fitted quickly. - well worth the money. When some issues arose with fit and I needed to have replacements, Wren was very supportive and helpful - I have to mention Drew in the customer installation team was fabulous and extremely helpful. All in all, my experience was stress free and smooth. I am very happy with the kitchen and eould highly recommend Wren.
