Have bought 2 Dacias from this garage and found their after sales very poor .Had my car serviced there and after 4 weeks had a warning light come on , rang them and they refused to look at my car for an other 3 weeks person responsible was very agresive.

Just had a run in with one of the ford employees from Llangefni.. gobbing off at me because he wanted me to move my car so he could park my older neighbours car in her drive, which she is able to do everyday without issue and without me having to move my car which is on the opposite side of the road. When i highlighted this, the driver got all shirty with me and started gobbing off, learn to drive and park instead of getting gobby with people!

The lack of response to these comments should also be enough to show that this company does not care about customer base but only on getting your hard earned cash, avoid them like the plague!

We have just purchased our first Nissan Juke from WR Davies in Telford - we went around all the garages in Telford as we were not sure what car we wanted. The salesman Michael Allen was extremely helpful and seemed very knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble - and his customer service was excellent and very professional- would highly recommend WR Davies

We Brought a Nissan Juke from them they were brilliant Simon Cutlip was such a lovely man no pushing you in to buying the car very helpful and couldn’t be more helpful when we collected the car he spend a good time showing us how to use everything on the car really pleased with this garage we definitely be back

I have recently had the pleasure of buying a used car from WRDavies, Toyota, Telford.
From the initial contact with Jamie Sampson, we received the most excellent service. All the staff, including Mark the manager, were professional and friendly, informative and extremely courteous.
The car was presented beautifully and I congratulate Jamie on his communication skills & overall demeanour.
I would certainly recommend WR Davies to all prospective customers.

Bought a van from W R Davies Llandudno junction and have had nothing but headache with it since. The Customer service is very poor as I asked several questions on the condition of the van before I set out from London to Llandudno junction. Upon arrival I found several faults with the vehicle that I had specifically asked if present on the vehicle and was told “no, but I will double check” and confirmed again there was nothing wrong.I bought a van from a main, (apparently) reputable dealer thinking I would have better service and peace of mind but that has not been the case here. The van has been into the garage for repairs twice in the space of a month. (Van is under 3 years old) was told it had had the same health check as it had in the VW garage it is currently in and they said they found nothing wrong yet the health check I received and forwarded on to the after sales to compare had several red marks on parts that wasn’t covered by warranty. I was reimbursed for work that needed doing but this has caused stress and disruption to myself and my business. Sales team was poor and the aftercare isn’t much better. I wouldn’t recommend buying a used vehicle from the garage as I feel they just want sales at any cost now.

Excellent service, jokingly said my mum used to get chocs and bouquet when she bought her car, lo and behold Jamie the salesman went out and got me a box of Thorntons out of his own money. Process of purchase was painless. Cant fault staff. Thanks Telford team.

Really easy process to change my car this weekend. Mark and Dave were really helpful and made everything quick and easy. My parents have returned to WR Davies for years for their cars for they're great customer service.

Well i have just bought a car through this garage. And had a great experience. Very good salesman. No pushy sales. i was informed of all goings on. From start to finish. And even on the day picking up the car was effortless.

Gareth the salesman went out of his way to help. So like everything time will tell. But on the whole buying process was easy and no hassle. Highly recommended

Arranged to have a new turbo unit fitted to Ford Kuga which had failed out of warranty. Car was well in the milage warranty, but over three years old. To their credit, Ford made a decent goodwill payment towards the repair.

Arranged the repair with WR Davies Llangefni who asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis on a Friday (which was just before Bank Holiday). No contact from WR Davies, so I called to see if I could pick up the car. Was told at 4pm that the car was still in the workshop. At 5pm, called again to be told that all the service staff and manager had gone home and wouldn't be back in until Tuesday!! A member of staff from car sales had a look at documentation for the diagnosis and said that it had actually been done at 2pm!!

Asked if I could pick my car up on Saturday, only to be told that the service manager had taken the key to lockbox holding customer's car keys. They then had to try and trace him to come in and unlock the box for my key.

As I had a support case open with Ford, they needed the details of the diagnosis so that they could calculate the goodwill payment amount. The person I was dealing with in Ford support tried several times to get the diagnosis information from WR Davies, but they didn't respond. The support operator informed me that he had never had a situation where a dealer had refused to respond to their requests. After TWO MONTHS, Ford finally received the information they requested and were able to offer a goodwill payment.

By now I had lost faith with WR Davies, and asked Ford support if I could have my car repaired at another authorised Ford repair centre. They told me that I would need to have the car diagnosed at the other garage, which would incur another cost. Reluctantly, I contacted WR Davies to book my car in for repair and received a quote after the deduction of the goodwill payment amount.

When I went to pick up the car, I was charged £80 more than I was quoted. I was prepared for this given the past incompetence and contested the amount. The service staff then had to try and contact the absent service manager again. I was stood there for half an hour waiting for them to contact the service manager. As it was the end of the day, I could hear sales staff moaning that they couldn't lock up as there was "still a customer here".

The original quote was eventually honoured, and I left, glad to finally leave and promised myself that I would never deal with them again.

Roll on a few weeks, and I opened the bonnet to fill up on washer liquid - only to see that the service department have neglected to replace the large plastic engine cover after the repair. Contacted the service manager again who said he would look into it and call me back. That was yesterday. I called today to speak to the service manager - who isn't in today.

The fact that Ford themselves have shown alarm that they struggled to receive a response to their request for two months speaks volumes.

I'm sure if you buy a new car and have zero issues, then I guess they're fine. However, DO NOT take your car there for a repair. Their service department is chaotic and completely unorganised and there is zero communication with customers. Purely an awful experience.

Purchased a new Toyota ch-r from we Davies Telford couldn’t have asked fir a better service, everything went smoothly and was kept informed of the progress all the way through, mark and Andy were helpful and nothing was too much trouble would highly recommend visiting in your in the market for a car new or used

My wife and I have been looking to change her car. I've spent a fair bit of time online looking for the particular make, model and colour that she's after.
When I mentioned to her that WR Davies in Stafford had a black DS7 car that might be of interest to us she reminded me that we live in Glasgow - over 250 miles from Stafford!
Not put off by such a minor detail I rang WR Davies and was put through to Giorgio their senior sales consultant. I explained to him our logistics issue - "not a problem"replied Giorgio. "We can arrange to have it delivered to your home".
The next hurdle to overcome surrounded the fact that we had a car to trade in.
Giorgio consulted his sales manager Craig and came back with an acceptable valuation for our car based on it's details and my description of it's condition. Providing the car was as I said it was then the trade in value would be honoured.
This display of trust by WR Davies gave me confidence that buying a used car from them could be done remotely. I agreed the finance with Giorgio, completed the necessary paperwork via email and arranged a date for our new car to be delivered and our trade in collected.
On the agreed day I got a call from Colin the WR Davies delivery man who said he was 30 minutes away with our new car. He duly arrived, off-loaded the car, walked me round it, enabling me to check it over to ensure I was satisfied with it and left with our trade in.
I must confess that prior to our dealings with WR Davies I had reservations about buying a car online - especially during covid. And let's face it most of us at some point in our lives have had a negative experience when buying a car. However, through their actions, Giorgio, Craig and Colin all demonstrated to us that it is safe to buy a car online and WR Davies are a company to be trusted.

I'm a Nissan driver and I would never take my car again to anywhere in the W R Davies Motors group. I visited W R Davies Nissan Stafford and a female staff member at the service desk subjected me to verbal aggression. I tried to raise a complaint with Sean the service manager but he has no procedure for dealing with complaints. So I had an interview with Andy Ford the dealer principal, who likewise has no complaint handling process. I asked Andy for the contact details of Jonathan Davies, the grandson of W R Davies, and Managing Director. Andy declined to give me Mr. Davies' contact details. Andy offered to pass a message to Mr. Davies, but I considered this inappropriate and unprofessional. A business that has no complaints handling procedure is dangerous for customers.

Told to bring car in as over weekend had a serious electrical failiure drove 50 miles!! and told you'll have to bring it back when we can book it in i held firm and he agreed to have car there and would update me. This didnt happen. I was given a date of today to look at car issues I have raised in person and via 3 emails (none of which had a reply) the service advisor was very arrogant and clearly not bothered.
I went to collect car today as they couldnt find anything wrong with car funny because RAC did and the fact I nearly had a major smash did aswell.
I checked car and suprise suprise 2 of my complaints which were very obvious hadn't been fixed.
I have taken car today and started rejection process as the car clearly has issues with safety but WR Davies are incompetent and clearly the man I logged jobs with clearly didnt do his job properly had he then we may of gotten somewhere today.
The guy I dealt with today got the brunt of my anger which want fair as he was great however if you are told to look into specific!! Faults they should be recorded a mechanic doesn't have a crystal ball.

I brought my little perfect golden K A from this ford main dealership. Mark talked me through the paper work and answered all my questions and worries I kept nagging him about , he was lovely and friendly and reassured me for buying a car basically on line , the car was in Wales and I was in Dagenham but it worked , it was delivered with care by a lovely couple , I’m so pleased with my car I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thank you.
