I wish I didn't have to give a star

UPDATE...MY MONEY WAS Returned TO ME AND I HAVE THE WIG THANKS PAYPAL... I wish I didn't have to give a star. Bought wig on 1/30 had to wait for their new years to get it and that was 2/16. Did cut the lace off until after it air dried so I actually started wearing this wig on 2/18. I work from home and I sit all day . This wig tangles and matts up . Max and Rita only offered me $20 for a wig I paid 197$ for Andi only had one day of wearing the wig with a slight tangle in the nap area and a smell. The next day I combed the wig and wore while at work and within minutes I had to take it off. I reached out to the company and they are trash only thing they kept repeating is their policy and stating that they can't resell a wig that the lace been cut, I was like why would you resell a returned damage wig? I asked why do you guys take off all the negative comments on this wig to make it appear like this wig got 167 100% review with no issues. They are frauds I bought many wigs from them. International crime to bad I can't post pictures

The product is delivered in accordance with the quality inspection requirements.every wig passed 5 quality inspections before shipping. We never sell products without quality inspection
because you cut the lace, and we can't sale prducts with problems.
Even if we refund you all the payment, we will not accept the wig with the lace cut.
So before you confirm the quality of the wig is good , don't cut the lace, and keep the wig intact. then you can return or exchange it.
Hope you can undertsand.
The hair may be tangled and knotted due to the use and nursing methods. However, if there is any problem, you can enjoy the service of repairing products.
This condition can be solved with a good care of the wig: Use a wide-toothed comb to gently remove tangles from the roots to the ends before rinsing. Leave the conditioner on your hair for at least 20 minutes before rinsing, then blow dry or dry naturally.
Then the wig will change to smooth and soft.

Received the order within 5 days…

Received the order within 5 days because I ordered on a Friday night so that was great, the seller kept me up to date on everything and I really appreciated that. For the pandemic to be going on and my package was delivered very fast I have to say I’m impressed! 5 stars there for sure. True to length, holds a curl well, smell free, and very minimal shedding, and the hair is very thick. Everything was accurate and I really have no complaints. the lace took to the bleach pretty well. Very satisfied for the price I payed and I’ll be back.

I purchased from Wow ebony for years as a loyal customer. I used to recommend them until I placed my order which I needed for a special occasion. I did not receive item due to the shipping company making a error in delivering my package. Once the shipping company was contacted my order was not received they contacted Wowebony to let them know my item was never received. Instead of WOWEBONY being a honest company they decided to do their "own investigation" and refused to provide me my refund for months and lied and said through emails I received my item. The shipping company provided me all the specs. Wowebony has their products insured with the shipping company in case of any accidents so it's up to Wow ebony to provide the refund. This went on FOR MONTHS. For months I thought it was the shipping company holding up my refund. Instead IT WAS WOW EBONY. AGAIN I bought from you guys for years as a loyal customer! How can your customer lie when The shipping company already did The write up and DOCUMENTATION OF THEIR OWN MISTAKE admitting to THEIR FAULT!? The shipping company recommended as well I don't buy from a company again that won't provide your refund and they did all they can do. You will take my money but not respect me as a customer. How can you treat loyal customers like that?

I have order my short cut wigs from on…

I have order my short cut wigs from on 5/24/21. I decide to reach out them on 5/28 about my order. Today is June 3rd, I haven’t received my order from them. I believe that this company is fraud because they don’t have a good customer service.

Excellent!!

Got my unit today!! Shipping was fast. The fact that they offer small cap and it doesn't take 100 extra days for customization is a HUUUUUGE plus!! And the unit is just like the picture. BEAUTIFUL. Lace is perfect. I'm happy with it!! Customer service is great and prompt. I just placed another order.

Mauvaise qualité

La lace est arrivée assez rapidement mais ce n’étais pas trop ça il y avait des cheveux plus court servant à donner un effet plein le problème c’est que c’était visible en haut de ma tête de plus ils avaient une mauvaise maîtrise de la décoloration des noeuds vu que les racine étaient jauni en plus des noeuds. Réponse de la compagnie les clientes aiment ça et les petits cheveux sont des baby hairs ok mais sur le sommet de la tête pfff n’importe quoi.J’ai du renvoyer cette lace mais à mes frais contrairement à leur soit disant retour gratuit et depuis le 22 décembre 2019 elle est bloquée en douane chinoise et il refuse d’aller la récupérer prétextant que les douanes sont cher c’est incroyable et c’est du n’importe quoi. Je ne recommande pas cette boite c’était ma première commande et ce sera la dernière.Aucun professionnalisme et de l’argent perdu pour rien pffff. Plus jamais!!!!

Bald Spot in front center of wig!

I am very disappointed in the wig I received, it did not come as advertised. The center part is over plucked (very wide gap) with barely any hair around the hairline. There is a bald spot in the front center part of the wig generously exposing the lace that I am not able to hide. I don't feel comfortable wearing this wig, I feel very self conscious. The lace is so visible that anyone that stands in front of me can see it. The quality of the hair itself is good but it doesn't matter because I can't wear the wig due to the bald spot in the front center part. I emailed Max (the owner) expressing my concern and sent multiple pictures and he did not resolve the problem. I do not recommend buying wigs from this company. The wig did not look like the picture and if you have problems with your wig you will have to pay extra to have it fixed! Totally not worth it. Save your money! ALSO THE OWNER DOES NOT POST ALL REVIEWS ON HIS PAGE, HE ONLY POSTS THE GOOD ONES! I wrote a review and it is not on the website!

P.S. Replying to Wowebony's comment. No Max, the owner did not offer to fix the wig for free or offer to pay for the shipping. He told me there would be a $30 shipping fee that I would have to pay and at most he would give me a discount on my next wig purchase. I declined paying additional fees and told him I would not be purchasing future wigs from him (I have emails to prove this). The wig is available for him up pick up at his expense in exchange for me receiving a FULL REFUND. After exchanging multiple emails with him and not having him take responsibility to fix the problem I contacted my financial institution.

We offer the option of a free return or free repair. You didn't return the unit and apply to your bank to withdraw the money. We lost the money and product. For products have quality problems, we offer 15 days return. If the wig less than one month from you bought, we offer free repair. Custom wig made in WRONG COLOR and they deny it

After several email conversations with Maxx of this company, I decided to order a custom made Brazilian Virgin hair wig and even had the wig made in a particular color combining two very basic universal Wig colors which are number 8 medium Brown and 613 blonde. I paid a lot of money for this wig and was very anxious to get it. It arrived yesterday and upon opening the Box I was shocked to see the color of this wig. Instead of being Brown with blonde highlights it was shockingly a light strawberry blonde. The color was not even close to what I ordered and even though the tag referred to colors 8 in 613 this wig was not even close to those colors. The quality of the hair was nice and the quality of the hairline was nice but I cannot wear a wig that is a completely different color than what I ordered and which is the color I currently wear. I notified Maxx and we had several emails back-and-forth where I sent him pictures of the wig I received and showed him the drastic difference in color with his wig and the correct color that I should have gotten. He kept insisting the wig he sent me was a medium Brown with blonde highlights even after sending pictures to prove that was not true. I am writing this review to let you know the bad experience I had and you should take this into consideration if you are planning to order from this company especially if you are getting a custom color. I cannot explain how you can confuse number 8 medium Brown with another color that looks like light strawberry blonde and then claim it is the exact same color...
