I have been doing business with WoW Ebony for 5 years and I am very satisfied. Last time I was not satisfied with the quality of the wig and they sent me another one without problem. My wig is so natural that no one around me knows it's not my hair. As long as this company as long as I will stay with them because they have all my trust. THANKS.

I had been ordering wigs from wowebony…

I had been ordering wigs from wowebony for the past 6 years about 2 years ago I order the same wig I always do yaki straight wig with bangs. They sent me the wig with no bangs then when I wrote them they said just find a stylist who can cut the bang like it’s no big deal, they did that twice after that this now my fourth time actually receiving the wrong wig once again them telling me go find a stylist to fix it I just had brain surgery in august 4th all my hair was cut off I ordered my wig the end of august it came first week of September the wig was once again not the same wig I reached out to them they did not care told me find a stylist I was not having it I returned the wig I had to pay for the shipping took them over a week to received it my last contact with them was September 21st they told me they received the wig but if I do not like the new one they send they will not accept a return and I won’t get my money back first of all I never said I dislike the wig it wasn’t what I order they messed up and wanna blame me it is October 4th and I haven’t heard nothing from them no tracking information nothing this is the worst horrible service poor quality they basically took my money and wig I have nothing! What legal way can I go about this i wanted my wig more then anything but if you not gonna send me my wig I order give me my money back.

Love at First Sight

Wowebony has excellent customer service. If you’re unhappy with your unit, Wowebony will go out of their way to make their clients happy. The quality of the hair is excellent. No shedding. You might have to bleach the knots and customize the wig to your likeness. But definitely affordable wigs. Something for everyone.

I bought this hair I had to wait like 2…

I bought this hair I had to wait like 2 weeks for it I just got the hair my unit was $190 and it looks nothing like what's on the picture and the girl advertising it in the commercial this hair is clearly synthetic cheap and it's tangling and sheding. as soon as I put the wig on my head I put setting lotion on the hair to try to lay it down and it's just sitting up. This this site is a fraud don't spend your money with them

Was a affiliate for WoWEbony. Do not affiliate your domains with them. They do not pay. They run off with the money while you have there ads running. Im sorry you had a bad experience from this company. Some of this is my blame for referring you to this company. They do bad business. Kinglalibelamarket
So now I get this reply. Analytics just came in with 88% . Was at 73. With 210 clicks in 180 days. Showing you n Pinterest with 77.6k views. Went up from $3,600 to the 4s. I think you need to look again before you calle a lier. You unplugged while the add were running. So what does that make you? Just got the screenshot of the checkouts. If only they had a way to share screenshot. Sharpen your research.
Thank you for telling me what Shareasale said. What I tell you. You didn't listen. How can you track a no sale if you don't have the order id? Look I'm not doing no more talking. Numbers don't lie. People do. Especially with there's money involved. With your track record. It's not hard to believe.

Hey, if you want to help others, then you should be honest on everything, okay? There is no transcation from you, and you want us to pay your commission? I have showed you all screenshots of the data on ShareASale, there is only 47 clicks in total, no any transcations at all. We have paid other affilates more than 50K dollars as commision in the past 4 years, why we refuse to pay you? If I can attatch screenshots here, I would attached them all to let people read and tell who is lying. We only pay via ShareASale, we never run any affiliate on Pinterest, and we never met any problem with other affliate in the past 4 years, check out what ShareASale suggested us to do about what you said! I'd recommend removing this affiliate from your program if they are causing issues. I can see they have submitted help tickets to our Client Success team who has provided instructions on how this affiliate can fill out our non-tracked order form for any transactions they believe were not properly tracked. They should proceed with this form or respond to our team for further assistance.

While it's not common, there are some instances in which ShareASale is unable to properly track a transaction. For instance, if the end-user has a firewall or uses a private browser we may be unable to track due to privacy settings on their end. Keep in mind, this would typically only happen for a single transaction and not for all of an affiliate's generated transactions. As sales are tracking regularly for your program there is no cause for a tracking issue within your program.

You can update an Affiliate's status in your program by following these steps:

1. Go to your Affiliate List
2. Search for the specific Affiliate (you can search for an Affiliate by Name or ID using the search bar at the top of the page)
3. Click their current 'Approved' status and select either 'Declined' or 'Remove' from the provided drop-down menu

It's important to note that if you decline an existing Affiliate from your program, the Affiliate will still have a status in your program, of Declined. So while their links will stop working, transactions could still track to them from clicks that occurred while they were approved for the duration of the tracking gap.

If you remove an Affiliate from your program altogether, the link between the Affiliate and your program is completely gone. As such, no sales will to track to the Affiliate going forward. Therefore, I'd recommend updating their status to 'Remove' if you don't want any more sales to track to this Affiliate.

This company is very hard to work with

This company is very hard to work with! Trying to get a refund for a wig that looks nothing like the photo. The shipping charge of 30 dollars to return the wig to them is ridiculous they subtract out your refund total! I will never order from them again horrible company

Spend your money with black wig suppliers and don't be disrespected by those who will take your money and your dignity without concern that black women will walk away from their product. They should not address us as "Dear" or call us "scammers", they would not do this if speaking to fellow Chinese, where respect is expected to do business. If they speak this way publicly to us, what WORD are they calling us privately?

Super Satisfied Customer

I have been a satisfied customer of WowEbony for many years, and decided to share my ongoing experiences with others, especially my recent order.
I have ordered wigs from this company’s easy to order website forever due to their excellent customer service, and because of their wigs beautiful, soft, luxurious hair.
I found a favorite that sold out, so I waited until it was restocked, ordered it, and have fallen in love with it all over again. It’s as beautiful as I remembered it, and more.
Over the years I have ordered numerous styles, lengths, and colors, and have never been disappointed, or found the need to make a return. I will remain a repeat customer of this company due to all the above pluses. Try ordering from WowEbony; you won’t be disappointed. Max, in customer service, is the bomb!

Wish i didnt Have to put a star on here but oh well this company is a fraud do not buy from them bought a wig that is nothing like the picture contacted PayPal to get my money back was told to return the item however , it cost almost the price of the wig to return it so now I’m stuck with this plastic ass wig smh never again i will Stick with luvme hair customer service better and quality better waste of money smh

Update : it’s not about sending it back it’s about paying almost the price of the wig to send it back that’s the problem I’m not paying $89 for a wig then paying $76 to send it back that’s dumb it’s ok u live and learn like i said Don’t order from this company it’s a scam and bs
